I bought it 2 years ago, I have no problems and I have done countless washes especially in the summer it washes perfectly, as well as it is quite fast definitely depending on the weight you put inside, (i.e. don't put wet clothes inside...), I don't overload it and I only set it to max spins if it's something urgent and light in clothing, e.g. t-shirts underwear. That's it, I hope those who had a bad experience find a solution soon...

UNACCEPTABLE!!!! In 5 months it presented a problem and started making the noise you will see in the video. I called LG and they sent an external technician who couldn't wait to leave, he changed the pump (I doubt he used an original spare part) and he got up and left without even waiting for us to do a test (you see, he was in a hurry). And of course, he made sure to leave me his card so that next time I could call him directly. Of course, if I had to pay him and not LG, maybe he would have stayed a little longer. Of course, the problem was NOT solved, the noise intensity just decreased.
Also, during the spin cycle, everything vibrates and it makes a crazy noise even though the legs are tightened and it is leveled.

I measured the consumption and I was very satisfied. My wife has been using color traps for years and so, before about 20 days, it showed an error. I did the trample shooting as the manual suggests, but it didn't fix the issue. I called the service and when they came, they removed 2 traps from the filter that were not visible. And everything has been going well for 15 days now. They told us to put small objects like color traps and small socks in a net. Otherwise, it is quiet and efficient.

Having all the devices in the house Bosch/Pitsos/Neff for years, which for those who know, are exactly the same thing, I decided to try something else since there was no availability in these brands when we urgently needed a new washing machine. First of all, I have to say that the main reason I chose this one is because of its energy class A, while Bosch wanted an additional 300 euros for class A. The washing machine overall has a hitech feel and it is so quiet that sometimes, especially at the beginning, I thought it wasn't working. However, what I have concluded is that Bosch invests in quality construction and plastics, having a more German logic, while LG invests in technology and energy efficiency. This is also evident from the fact that most LG washing machines have Wi-Fi, while only a minority of expensive Bosch series have it. Additionally, in this price range, you can only find class C energy efficiency in Bosch. What remains is to see if it will last for 15 years, just like the Bosch it replaced.

It takes about 4 hours for a full wash, but it is very quiet even at 1200 rpm. The turbowash 40-minute cycle is very good for everyday clothes that are not heavily soiled and up to 5 kilograms.

Compared to our old washing machine that was 15-20 years old, the LG washing machine is easy to use with a variety of programs, it washes and dries clothes perfectly (so having almost completely dry clothes, the dryer works much less!), the clothes also smell great from the fabric softener, it consumes very little electricity and the only insignificant negatives for me are the noise it makes during the spin cycle and sometimes small clothes (like socks) getting stuck in the door seal. Maybe that's why the manual suggests putting small clothes in a mesh bag! As for the noise during the spin cycle, that's the only time the washing machine is audible, meaning during the final washing phase, otherwise it is completely silent and day and night compared to our old washing machine! It's worth the money and I would buy it again!

Note 1: In the washing machine's application, you can add many programs that are not the default ones written on the washing machine's panel, such as "Rinse+Spin", "Drain", "Noise Reduction", "Bedding", "Baby Clothes", "Spin", "Baby Care", etc.Note 2: The washing machine has an "internal counter" that counts the number of washes and every 30 washes it displays a message on the washing machine's screen (and in the application where you can see the number of washes in detail) that you need to clean the drum. There are special cleaning products in the supermarket for cleaning the drum and the washing machine has a "Drum Cleaning" program.
Note 3: In the last few washes, the washing machine gave me the OE error code twice, which happened because (in my case) the filter located in front and below the washing machine (behind the small door) got clogged. It has a special hose that first drains the water inside the washing machine (it helps if you use a 1.5L plastic water bottle) and then you open the lid and remove the filter to clean it. In my case, it got blocked by 3 hair ties that my wife had put in for the wash. Because draining through the hose takes time and to prevent it from happening again, I said that from now on, the hair ties will go inside a mesh bag so that they cannot escape from the drum and go to the drain filter.

It stacks clothes perfectly and is almost silent, meaning with the bathroom door closed you don't hear anything at all. Also, it doesn't move around when it's running. It has plenty of programs, so you have many options, plus the application you download on your phone is flawless and from there it has a bunch of extra specialized programs. Very important, the dealership and customer service are awesome, as in the first 2 weeks after I got it, I heard a strange noise while it was draining the clothes. So I called immediately, was served promptly, and the employee advised me to stick the 2 stickers that were inside the packaging under the 2 front legs, and if the noise continued, to call again to have a technician sent. Also, the other day I woke up in the morning and found it flashing with an error. At first, I got anxious, but then I went into the application in the smart diagnosis and as soon as I pressed scan, the washing machine scanned and showed me that the problem was with the drainage and gave me detailed instructions on what to do. Essentially, a color stain had stuck to the filter and I had to open it and clean it out. Everything went smoothly and I had no issues. It's worth the money and more, because I have a very bad experience with a candy washer-dryer that was a failure, as it was noisy, unstable no matter what setting we had done, and it caused problems. Plus, I had to repeatedly run the program for draining because it didn't stack the clothes properly. Finally, the dealership was unacceptable. I want to believe that now with the LG, the experience will be positive. Anyway, the first impressions are excellent from all aspects!
