I put them in asics and I can't run, within 10 minutes my soles hurt, I thought maybe my foot needs to get used to them because they are new, I put them on again, no success, not satisfied at all, wasted money.

They may be good for some people. They don't serve me well.
I put them in my running shoes and after about 10 hours of fast walking (day after day), the small bumps they have for supposed massage gave me blisters on both big toes. What a shame..

Very good insoles, the cushion at the back absorbs shocks and the massage sensation at the front is very pleasant. I have also purchased the Memory Antishock ones from the same company and I can say that for everyday use, the Proactive Ultrasoft ones are more enjoyable.
