I just bought the second bottle. I don't understand why it has such a mediocre rating. These drops are excellent. My eyes sting and I have irritation because I spend many hours in front of the computer. My doctor had told me that I should use drops with hyaluronic acid. These specific drops have saved me. Of course, you shouldn't forget to use them, you have to apply them 3-4 times a day. The main reason I choose them is because you don't waste any product. It lasts up to a year, while others expire in 2-3 weeks and I never finish them. Yes, okay, you have to find a way to squeeze it out. But let's not go crazy, it's fine.
As a product, it is good. But its packaging is terrible and does not help the drops to fall correctly.
As an eye liquid, the bottle is good, but it is not good in terms of construction because the protrusion from which the drop comes out should be bigger. You never put a drop in your eye alone - in no case, but outside for sure. I will say it again, change the bottle.
Very good, they provide immediate relief, last a long time, and expire in one year. Some say they don't provide relief, I believe there is another reason. For example, sugar in my case.
For me, who sits in front of a computer screen for 8 hours, it is exactly what I needed. It has an oily texture that relaxes the eyes and they don't dry easily. I apply 2 drops twice a day and I have found my health. The packaging is a big negative, as the drops fall very difficultly and require a lot of effort, especially when the level in the bottle drops below half
Due to insufficient sleep, my eyes constantly feel dry and blurry all day, especially if it's a little windy or if I sit in front of a fan due to heat. I have spent a lot of money on well-known brands, but instead of cleaning my eyes, they made them worse personally. These are the only eye drops that immediately cleaned my eyes visually. I definitely recommend them if you have tried other well-known brands and they didn't satisfy you.
While I am generally very satisfied with the products of this particular company, the drops were rather disappointing for me compared to similar drops I have tried in the past. Personally, they provided me with very little relief and I felt that I needed more care to restore proper hydration to my eyes.
Not good at least for me who has sensitivity and wants to use it frequently, it irritates and does not relax the eye. Maybe in other milder cases it may work, but for me, I tried it because of its name, as in creams, etc. that are good but I did not see positive results. I consider it from bad to mediocre.
It does the job for tired eyes, but the packaging is problematic. When the liquid level in the bottle drops below the middle, the drops fall with great difficulty even when you press the bottle hard.
At first, I thought it was fine in my eyes, but then I felt that they were constantly sticking and closing. I didn't know what was wrong! When I put in the old drops I had, my eyes calmed down again!

Better performance than products with double the price. I have already bought them twice and will buy them again. I have a chronic dry eye problem due to rheumatoid arthritis and computer work. I have tried over 15 different products but Bepanthene is always in the cabinet for emergencies!
I am very satisfied with these eye drops.
I work 8-10 hours a day on the computer and I am at the office for a long period of time. There is also heating here, which leads to dry air and therefore dry eyes. After a long (and expensive) experimentation, I have now ended up with Bepanthen. My ophthalmologist recommended it to me after I described the situation to him. So far - 2 weeks after the first application - I no longer have red eyes, but I have to use them many times a day (3-4 times a day for me). Overall, I am VERY satisfied and if the positive impression remains, I will definitely buy them again.

For now, it seems good to me, like Thealoz duo that I used to use, but if you don't have to use it as often, this one is more cost-effective because it lasts for a year while the others expire in 3 months
Excellent! I have been using it for a week now because I wear contact lenses and work on the computer all day, and it has helped me a lot. Where to start.. the packaging is the worst, the nozzle does not facilitate use at all, resulting in half of the drops escaping outside the eye, it causes a lot of itching, and my eyes felt like they were "sticking" afterwards, and in terms of price, it is very expensive. I made a mistake based on the initial reviews. I will go back to visionlux.

I have a big problem with dry eyes, and for this reason, I have tried many brands and continue to try them. I saw these on television and I said since they are new, I will try them. Initially, what sets them apart from all the others is that they cause itching in the eyes, something I have never experienced with any other brand. I have been using various products for years for blepharitis and dry eye. I wanted to try this as a new product, but unfortunately it doesn't help and it leaves a sting in the eye which is annoying. There are better and more economical options available
