Purchased in June 2021, that is three years ago (ONLY), and the refrigerator did not freeze the products in the freezer. A technician came, saw it, and said that there is a very small hole somewhere in the circuit and they do not know if they will be able to find it. If it is found, it will be repaired, if not, it will be thrown away. In case the hole is found and repaired, the price will still be a bit steep!!

Purchased on 25.5.2023 for 700 euros from my wife as I was away,
the refrigerator-freezer did not work immediately, given that we were away from our home, it started working after 20 days, so we realized that it was making noise - buzzing - humming from the compressor, resulting in the loss of the (14-day DOA with the right to return), and the ordeal of trying to contact the store of purchase - Samsung - visit from a technician to determine the alleged damage, then a response from the Samsung manager WITH ASSURANCE that they will replace the compressor for us.

In November of the same year, the motor started making an extremely loud noise (like something hitting a propeller inside) even though it was already noisy as a machine. After contacting SAMSUNG service, a technician came and replaced the entire motor and electronic board. In early June 2023, one morning I noticed that all the food in the freezer had melted, resulting in me having to throw away all the meat and other items I had gathered. Every time I opened either the maintenance or freezer door, it seemed to start functioning and refreezing the freezer. After a second contact with support and while now requesting a replacement device, they suggested that I change the doors and the freezing element as it was showing an error that it was opening too many times, even though the refrigerator does not open more than ten times a day, mainly during the afternoon when we are away from home. After my insistence, I requested and am waiting for a refund in order to buy a new refrigerator. I do NOT recommend it to anyone and I will not buy SAMSUNG again

BUT IT IS NOT QUIET. We had a 20-year-old BOSCH fridge-freezer and we didn't close the kitchen door, now we do.
UPDATE: 01/04/23. The noise has increased even more, I will contact the dealership. I will provide a new update.
UPDATE: 21/04/23. The technician from Samsung's authorized service told me that the noise is normal and all new refrigerators with an inverter compressor make that noise. He also told me to cover the gap at the back with some soundproofing material, leaving a small vertical opening 5 points to the left and right, and there is no issue of compressor overheating.

The motor makes noise while the specifications state 35db, this particular one produces 50-80db and I have recorded it with a sound meter. Additionally, the lid on top of the refrigerator was not properly placed. The company sent a technician who only fixed the lid, I showed him the videos but they consider all of this 'normal' and refuse to replace either the motor or, of course, the refrigerator. I am forced to close the kitchen door in order not to hear it in the rooms.

As a refrigerator, it seems to be good, but it doesn't have good spaces in the door, as besides the one space where you can put large bottles, you don't have the ability to put small bottles (e.g. 0.5-liter water bottles) in another space on the door. However, a great step that SAMSUNG has taken is that in case of a malfunction, the technician can connect to the board and get information about the exact damage that the machine has without the need for unnecessary maintenance that will result in additional expenses.

The Samsung logo on the temperature display on the door was crooked, but what can you do? I didn't expect anything better from these stores. It also makes a little noise as the front adjustable legs do not go down further than the fixed rear wheels. But I got used to it.
During the first 24 hours of operation, the cooling was not strong, but from the third day, it became very strong with a setting at 6°. From the dial on the door, you can adjust the temperature for cooling/freezing separately. It is quiet.
In terms of space, it is good, but this depends on the needs of each family. Fruits and vegetables are well preserved in the special drawer. A detail, but the cooling door needs to be fully opened for it to open as well. Perhaps a layout with 2 drawers would be more convenient.
The doors open easily even immediately after closing. It is of good quality externally, although it didn't impress me much at the exhibition. Its material does not easily get dirty.
I don't regret it, but I know that I paid for it along with the taxpayer's money as a larger refrigerator.
