The first one we bought in a very small fall of about 30cm. The screen went off and never worked again. The second one, after 2 weeks of purchase, started suddenly turning off the screen, but when we put it on charge, it would turn back on. If we need to get a third one for our daughter, we definitely wouldn't buy the same one again.
I have had it for over two years. It is a good watch for its price with a good battery. After a year, it fell down and the screen cracked, resulting in the touch not working on the broken part.
I tried it only for running exercise. If you want it for other functions, go get something else. Very poor connection with the phone, but it works well for the purpose I want. Also, the screen is very small
It is very good for its price, it has many functions and it is easy to use if someone who has never bought a smartwatch chooses it, they can easily use it. The positives are that the battery lasts quite a while for me, who now only use it for the time and reminders, it lasts a long time. I forget when was the last time I charged it, and it's something I look at in terms of battery life. However, the negatives are that it doesn't maintain the connection with the phone and you have to constantly check if it is connected. It has a function when it is connected to the phone and you receive notifications (messenger, Instagram, Snapchat, calls, etc.), but if it is not connected, this function is lost. For people who don't spend much time on their phone, this function is useful. Also, personally, I'm not so comfortable with the strap it has, but it has the possibility of changing it, so it's not such a problem. Overall, it is a very good smartwatch for this price.
