This book is a composition of three texts. It presents a wide range of theoretical considerations on social organization and its transformations. It systematically analyzes employment data over a period of more than thirty years. The previous project facilitates specific assessments of the correlations between social groups. It examines the conditions of the state's entry into the intense and long-lasting financial crisis or the unlikely economic hardship, as well as the quality of its handling. In particular, in relation to interventions to solve Greek problems, both the readiness of the "experts" from the involved national and international institutions and the thoroughness of their choices are questioned. In this sense, the consequences of the imposed social reconstruction and the failure of the fundamentally exogenous project are calculated. From the assessment of this very difficult decade and the economic or political retreat of our society, there is also a positive outcome: the resilience of labor autonomy (especially when combined with the survival of small ownership) has preserved some of the advantages that contributed to the country's inclusion among the most prosperous in the world.
