This product is not orthopedic. As another member mentioned, it is meant to remind you that you have incorrect posture. It is easy to apply and its battery (charges via USB) lasts 3-4 days with a few hours of use throughout the day. Satisfied with the money I spent.

Well, this is not a posture supporter but as described, a "corrector". A gadget that is worth its money, a very good idea that honestly works. What does it do? You wear it, you don't tighten it, nor do you have it loose, you simply wear it. The product makes a slight sound and vibrates to remind you to correct your body posture when slouching.
Result? From the first application, you can understand what you are doing wrong, essentially "educating" you to have the correct posture during your various daily activities. It has helped us a lot.
Tip: If it vibrates constantly, it means you haven't worn it correctly. Lower it a bit, adjust the straps. Don't tighten it. It needs a comfortable fit. It fits children, teenagers, and regular-sized adults.

Hope for something better when ordering, disappointment in its application.
