I bought it for 55 euros and I can say that I was pleasantly surprised.
The package includes a USB cable, a charger (5 volts, 2 amps, 10 watts), screws with plugs, a mount to hang it on the ceiling, and a booklet with basic instructions.
I also bought a 64GB SD card (at least class 10 is required). You hold the camera and slowly rotate it upwards, and there is a slot where you insert the card. The application recognizes it and you can format it. Of course, you can also subscribe (3 euros/month for one camera or 10 euros for up to 10 cameras) through the application to have Cloud Storage.
The application allows you to connect multiple cameras and give each one a name so that you can choose what you want to see each time, for example, Living Room, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2.
In addition to a microphone, the camera also has a speaker, which means that through the application, you can speak into your phone and be heard by the person in the room with the camera.
It detects not only motion but also distinguishes between pets and people. You can give it a command to follow wherever it goes (tracking).
You can also set a specific area, such as the couch in the living room, so that if your pet approaches, you can use a recorded voice message through the application to tell it, for example, "Jack, get down, GET OUT OF THERE!"
Although I intentionally don't have a baby, I stood behind the camera (so as not to be recognized) and played a baby crying sound from YouTube (crying detection). I immediately received a notification on my phone and it started recording.
When you connect through your phone, it also displays virtual arrows that you can move up, down, left, and right to adjust the camera's position. But it's easier to use the "360" button. As soon as you press it, the camera rotates completely so that you can see the entire room directly.
It has some preset profiles for when you are at home, when you leave home, or you can create your own.
When you set the profile that you have left home (Home away), the alarm is also activated. I set it to indicate that I had left home, walked slowly and quietly in the dark, and it detected me and the siren started sounding. It's not very loud, but it creates a noise, and at the same time, I received a notification on my phone that a person was detected in the room.
Of course, it also has night vision. As soon as I turned off the lights, it automatically activated. And the resolution is very good (one photo with the lights on, one with them off). As soon as I turned it on, it returned to normal recording.
Also, you can zoom in on the camera by using two fingers, just like zooming in on a smartphone for images.
In short, the camera and a good 64GB memory card will cost you around 70 euros, and you will be very satisfied with the many capabilities it offers.
The camera is fine but I am shocked because I cannot connect when I am using data!!!
While everything works perfectly with the home network, when I am outside it constantly shows that it is not connecting and the -3 as a problem.
Basically, it renders its use useless because you need it more when you are away, not when you are at home.
By going online, I saw many people facing the same issue.
I would appreciate some help because otherwise the camera is useless!
I have bought 3 of these and have been using them for over 1 year. I have no issues and they work perfectly. I operate them seamlessly through Apple HomeKit.
Perfect simply easy convenient user-friendly and it gets the job done even for someone like me who doesn't know much
Initially, I was excited and bought a second one, but after 1.5 years of use, I had the following issues. Initially, the microphone stopped working on both cameras after a few months, so I had video but no sound. When the first one broke, I tried hard to fix it with a reset, etc., but I couldn't until the second one broke and I realized it's a general weakness of the product. Secondly, after a few months, I had issues with the cloud subscription where even though I paid, it didn't show me the recordings and essentially I only had the option of an SD card for video storage. However, if you are interested in monitoring the space when you are away, this makes no sense because anyone who enters can simply take the camera along with whatever it recorded.
Very good image and as a camera it has many capabilities through its software. Relatively easy installation and use. I give it 4 stars because sometimes (rarely) the software shows me notifications that I need to format the SD card (which is not necessary in my case because I don't keep any video on the card). The response time (i.e. the notification that will come to your phone when the camera detects motion) is about 0.5-1 second (which also has to do with the internet speed).
We bought 2 for the rooms of the house where the child moves. They worked well for the two years they had warranty. Then both of them left us. First one stopped playing and then the other stopped transmitting sound. If they are only for two years they deserve only 2 stars. What a pity!
I have 6 of these at home.
The positives:
- good image and sound
- decent night mode
- even though it is sold as for indoor use, it can withstand a little rain on the balcony (it is quite protected where I have it but not 100%)
The negatives:
- two-way communication is NOT two-way. You press the button to record, release the button and send. While you are talking, you cannot hear what the other person is saying. The same goes for the first 2-3 seconds after sending. Overall, a VERY POOR IMPLEMENTATION of "two-way" communication, which in practice is NOT
- unreliable motion tracking. Although there is an option in the settings to notify you if it detects movement from a person and/or pet, in practice it does not distinguish between them. I have enabled it to notify me only if it sees a person, and in practice it notifies me every time my cat passes by
I bought two cameras for monitoring an elderly person. After a year of use, it remains amazing. Notifications for when it detects motion, recording of incidents, and the image in complete darkness could be better than during the day. An incredible camera that I highly recommend.
Very good analysis and covers a wide range of space, BUT after 1 year of use, the microphone stopped working as well as the sound, and I receive sound detection notifications without actually detecting any sound
Good camera for indoor use, with 360 rotation covering the entire room. The only downside (which maybe all cameras have, it's the first time I'm using one) is that it doesn't have good visibility of the floor unless it is tilted. And this is only because personally I got it to mainly see my little cat when I'm away. However, as a general visibility of the space, it is very satisfactory.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.
In general, I frequently experienced disconnections while I was away from home and needed to check. Therefore, I had reliability issues, which is the number one factor for a surveillance camera.
After 2 years, the reset button does not work, so I cannot reconnect it. I spoke to support and the only thing they suggested was to buy a new one with a 15% discount.
As I mentioned, for me and I imagine for others as well, reliability is the number one factor. In this aspect, I am not satisfied at all
While in the first year of operation everything was perfect, afterwards the sound in playback and live was lost. Also, I couldn't speak through the camera. After a lot of searching, I found that the problem was due to a software update. Since then, and after 1 year, the problem remains and even after the next software update, the problem persists. So, stay away.
Suddenly, without any problem, it started and made a white noise from the microphone, and after 2 days it is dead! It doesn't capture sound and you can only see the image. You can't hear anything. So useless for security! And we haven't even closed the time!
The microphone is very bad, it has noise and records videos with intermittent sound.
Also, after 10 months, the two-way communication stopped working (they can't hear me when I speak through the App or through homekit). Yesterday it started constantly rebooting and it doesn't work. Luckily, it is still under warranty. I will update for further information. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.
The camera is amazing. And even better is the service of Skroutz. The camera stopped working at some point. I sent a return request through Skroutz, a courier came and took it. They found out that it indeed had an issue and sent me a new one. Without any inconvenience. 5 stars for both the camera in terms of image quality and capabilities, and 5 stars for Skroutz's service.
Better clarity than Tapo.
By connecting to Apple Home, you lose many functions that it offers through the app.
Motion and face detection still need some work, it sends you notifications for the slightest movement even at the lowest sensitivity.
I still can't figure out how it saves the video after motion detection.
Only time will tell about its durability..
Very good camera, does what it promises. The application is very user-friendly, you can easily operate the camera from wherever you are. It continuously records or whenever you want, it has the option to record when it detects motion and send you the video (very good). And a very positive aspect is that it records the video a little before it detects the motion, so when someone enters my house, it sends me a video that starts when they put the key in the door to open it. I don't know how this happens, but it's very good. With a 64GB memory card, it's perfect. I bought one and I want to get a second one. The two-way communication works perfectly, I have had a dialogue with my father who was at my house while I was away. Just if someone unplugs it from the socket, I imagine it's over. If you want it for security, place it somewhere where no one can reach it, because the memory it stores is on it.
Very satisfied. Motion alerts and control of the point at any time. It works for me with the FritzBox fiber optic router, maybe because it was pre-existing. In another similar one that I have with a new installation, it requires a 2.4 wifi signal
I got it today.. amazing picture during the day, it has an alarm at night.... microphone.... perfect application... you can adjust everything..... even baby crying, if someone has a baby they can adjust it and as soon as the baby cries, it sends a notification, it's worth the 48 euros... now it covers the whole living room and kitchen... it also has 360 degrees.......!!! I will buy another one for sure at some point!!! as soon as I open my phone, whether with wifi or data, it connects in seconds (owner of iPhone 12)..
Quality construction, easy installation and programming.

Excellent image quality for its price. Requires fast internet to function properly. Many smart features and good app. The only negative for me is that they caught Eufy storing the videos on their servers...
The installation was very easy, the functions for this budget are impressive, and for about a week I was very satisfied. After a week, it went to do an update and that was the last time it worked. While the app shows it in the process of updating, it has been three days.. it lost internet connection, the solid purple light doesn't turn on, doesn't turn off, doesn't reset, doesn't change networks, doesn't do anything. It should be noted that it was simply placed on a shelf indoors, it wasn't hit or dropped, it just got stuck on the update. In the live chat support, I was informed that an engineer will contact me via email.
I bought the camera a year ago and now it is only good for decoration. I have nothing positive to say, only negatives.
- It freezes and the worst part is not that it freezes, but it freezes and the image freezes as well, and I mean you think it's working but it's not working. The time on the camera is stable, so you constantly need to check the time because you're never sure.
- It doesn't record properly. Literally, someone can pass by in front of it and it won't record them, I really wonder about the comments and the audacity to call this thing a security camera.
- Then, after about a year of use, it got the purple ring of death. In other words, the camera does nothing, it doesn't rotate, it doesn't turn on, it doesn't reset, it just turns off, both from the app and thank you for the $50.
- Well, as for the service, it's a joke. Don't believe me? Just go to the eufy.support website and have a laugh with responses like "our product is amazing, just do a reset and it will fix it."

- That I threw it away.
Conclusion:
If you have money to waste, buy it for sure. If you want a better camera, go for Xiaomi. They have slightly worse image quality, but at least they WORK.
The best!! Super easy installation (you simply plug it into the socket) and excellent image day and night!! It's worth the money and more!
Decent for its price, the sound noise detection is terrible, of course, with an obsession in some corners of the house for no reason when noises and movement are elsewhere... I will come back soon for updates... the memory card works fine
Easy installation, excellent image quality (even in 1080), abundance of options in the mobile app, extremely capable in detecting pets/people either through motion or sound. The only drawback I can think of is that I would like it to tilt a few more degrees downwards, but it's okay
We bought it to monitor the baby so that we can go out later. It is amazing for indoor use. It has a very sensitive microphone that picks up everything. You can adjust how sensitive it is. The baby crying function is very helpful, but if it is next to something like the TV, it can sometimes get confused and send a notification for crying. Very easy installation and a very good application from the company.
Since May 2022, I have bought three of them.
It has good image quality at 1080p. I have all notifications disabled.
When I press to speak, it often freezes and requires a restart.
Whenever I select playback (previous video), it usually freezes! And again, it needs a restart!
Note that all three have the same high-quality SD card from Kingstone with U3 speed.
All three cameras have the same behavior! They even freeze during streaming.
The cameras are located on the same table as the modem/router, so it's not a Wi-Fi range issue.
They need at least 2 restarts daily. I believe they freeze because they have weak memory, considering our smartphones have much greater capabilities.
Also, it takes a very long time to connect to their server for streaming/image to come through.
After several software updates, it has become very heavy without offering anything. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it (Playstore), nothing changed.
Even the cameras that I factory reset did not improve.
They do not have the ability to use our own DDNS, so if one day the Chinese close their server/port, they will be useless.
I don't know of anything better to recommend.
Update: Almost useless! Whenever I try to watch in playback, they freeze and stay on a black screen! Countless hard resets, formatting the U3 cards, but nothing! Their software is problematic. Useless for anything other than live streaming.
After 1 year, two of them have blurry images because the lens started to deteriorate! They are all indoors and not exposed to sunlight!
Very good camera, I didn't expect it. Clear image with or without light. Easy installation, everything works perfectly with the application. Motion detection and sound detection work perfectly, as well as following the target. Child crying detection works great. Very good choice. It also has many options. I will definitely get another one.
For the approximately 50 euros that I bought it for, it is perfect. Its connection with homekit is very good, the application it has is decent and has many functions for settings. I believe that the correct placement of it is upside down from this image (meaning hanging from the ceiling because it has a large blind spot on the floor with this placement).
I have bought 3 cameras like this because they are compatible with homekit. They have a very good construction, although I would expect a better image quality for 2k. The notifications are immediate and capture everything, maybe to an annoying extent. Definitely, for the money, I would like a much better video quality.
