A typical controller, nothing special, an authentic Xbox controller that does its job perfectly. I have bought it a long time ago and I have it abandoned (hence the dust). I have never suffered from drifting (but that depends on the user always). Overall, I recommend it... it's just the simple Xbox controller, what could go so wrong?
Get a charging base and rechargeable batteries and relax. It has a nice grip, vibration, and with rechargeable batteries it lasts 5-6 hours.
Very good controller as long as it works properly, but its joysticks have a lifespan of about 6 months until they start drifting, which means it needs a repair that costs around 20 euros, and after 6 months you will have the same issue again, so it's a lost cause. Personally, I paid 80 euros and I regret it a lot. There are better solutions on the market with hall effect sensors and magnets in the joystick, which eliminates drift as there is no friction like in the potentiometer used by Microsoft and Sony.
Very beautiful controller, I bought it when it first came out but unfortunately it didn't have much durability over time. As I can see from other reviews, in the year that I had it, it presented the same problem that almost everyone had. The left analog stick would stick and go wherever it wanted. I bought a replacement for 5 euros and changed the joystick myself from the board. It worked for a while but again presented the same problem. It's a shame because it's a gorgeous controller.

I had the previous one with a USB cable, it lasted for years. I bought the wireless blue one, after 2 months the lever broke and it moves forward on its own. A 15 euro mouse I had before was still perfect. In the end, you don't get what you pay for
One of my favorite controllers, it never betrayed me, never sold me out,,, rechargeable batteries of course so we don't have to pay a ton of money for regular ones,,, very convenient in the hand for me personally...
I remove 1 star after receiving the controller defective, with the home button flashing constantly. I had to return it. Now I am ordering it for the second time, hoping that this time it will not have the same problem again. I saw comments that had exactly the same problem and I find it unacceptable that Microsoft has not done anything to address the issue.
Edit: I received the second controller and it presented exactly the same problem. After a lot of searching, I finally learned online that it is a Windows drivers issue from Microsoft and not a defective product issue, so the problem lies with Windows and that explains why for some of us the problem persists regardless of replacing the controller with another. Unfortunately, there is no simple solution to the problem, and we cannot do much about it. If your controller has a problem, the most logical thing is that the controller itself is not to blame and the only possible solution is to format Windows and pray that the drivers will work correctly with the next Windows installation. Microsoft has disappointed me.

An excellent design and one of the best (at least in theory) controllers you can get today, unfortunately accompanied by disappointing quality control and assembled with the cheapest plastic on the market.
For €65, I got in my hands a construction that if it didn't have the Xbox logo, I would swear it came from China, with a texture just slightly above the level of the container that holds the toys inside Kinder eggs, a d-pad and shoulder buttons that wake the dead with their noise, and of course a rechargeable battery that is still sold separately in 2023.
I decided to overlook the above and enjoy my game instead of complaining. But even that I couldn't manage to do. I have uploaded a video, which will probably be approved in the next few days and will accompany the review, in which an extremely annoying type of stick drift near the center of the movement of the left joystick is evident, preventing it from centering when released. The result is that when controlling a character, it randomly looks left and right, and even worse, when driving a car, it turns wherever it wants. In combat phases, it is frustrating, and in driving, it can send you crashing into a wall depending on how fast you are going.
It is completely prohibitive for a product with this name to be like this, and even worse, to have such good reviews. I acknowledge that I may have gotten a defective piece, but that doesn't change the poor build quality and the fact that this is not the first time Microsoft has sold overpriced controllers with stick drift.
Leave the trash where it belongs and don't be influenced like me.
Everything is good with the controller, it doesn't disconnect, immediate response. I have an issue and I don't know if it's just mine or if it's how it functions. When I press the LT-RT buttons, they get stuck inside but then immediately come back out, they don't stay inside, it's just annoying as a sensation. Has anyone else noticed this or have I received a defective one?
I got it in February 22. Almost 2 years later, I have to say that it is an awesome controller, very sturdy construction, with the only negative being that for the past few months it has had quite a bit of stick drift, mainly on the left joystick, with about ten hours of use per week.
Perfect, High quality in construction and ergonomics.

Connected directly to Windows 11 and recognized by games that support controller without any issues and without any setup. Very nice feeling in the hand. Positive that it is wireless and has a headphone jack in case there are no wireless ones. It can also work wired with a type-c cable.
I will come back regarding the durability and battery life once I have an opinion.
It works even without a battery through a USB type-c cable. It is relatively expensive compared to others that many would consider worthy, but it is Microsoft, which means that if, for example, the joystick drifts and the warranty does not cover you, with a search on Scroutz you can find a replacement for 3 euros. What about the others if something happens to it?

It was the first controller that lasted me +3 months (I have bought 12 so far (other colors).
The LB button broke in 9 months, which makes it good compared to previous Xbox controllers.

Very good controller. My son got it for his PC, he plays endless hours now during the summer and it's great!
It is comfortable to hold, the buttons and levers are in the right place so they don't tire you out, the only things that didn't please me are that you can't close it if you want, the headphone port didn't work for me, and the controller disconnects while I'm playing a game, I don't know if it's just happening to me or if it's my computer's fault.

Perhaps the most convenient gamepad I have ever used. I mainly played on Playstation from a young age, but a few hours with this one made me unable to play with a PS controller again. However, I'm not sure if I would recommend it, mainly because after 6 months of use, the controller started drifting (the left joystick would move slowly on its own upwards and sometimes even downwards). On one hand, the usage was daily for over 3 hours, on the other hand, it costs 60€ and it is supposed to be made for gaming regardless of how much someone uses it, so it shouldn't break so quickly without being dropped or hit. It may have just happened to me, but I see that many others have the same problem. For comparison, the ps3 controller started doing the same thing after 3-4 years and it is a controller from 2008.

You will need a T8H torx security screwdriver for the 5 screws it has. I think it can also be done with a regular flat head, but you will need a very small one. With the ones I had, I couldn't open it, so I bought the aforementioned screwdriver.
I bought it for fighting games because I heard it has an awesome DPAD and it really is awesome! I mainly play Tekken and it's one of the best DPADs I've tried along with the Hori Fighting Commander. As for negatives, the weight is a downside and I can't understand why it doesn't have a built-in battery like the Dualshock 4. Also, the DPAD and Face Buttons make quite a bit of noise, personally it doesn't bother me.
I have it for 5 days and it has made a good impression. As soon as I took it out of the box and held it, it was the most comfortable controller I have held. Pressing the pair button immediately notified me on Windows and connected via Bluetooth.
It has a dotted grip on the back, which provides a very good grip in the hands and not a plasticky feel like other controllers. This grip is also present on the triggers.
It is a bit heavy, but very convenient in the hands so fingers don't hurt. The dpad, although I wouldn't prefer it (not that it's bad) for retro gaming, etc., is the perfect dpad for menus. It has a very clicky feel, and you feel like you have full control over what you press.
The joysticks are very sensitive, which I find good as they are more accurate.
The A, B, X, Y buttons are pressed nicely and have a good "clickiness," meaning they don't feel soft.
The bumpers are clicky, and although I would prefer them to be a little wider, they are very nice to press and provide good control in racing games.
The vibration is very good, and even the bumpers vibrate. It's an incredible experience in Forza Horizon 5.
I don't know why PlayStation fans complain about batteries. The battery in the PlayStation controller lasts a few hours and needs charging, while in Xbox, alkaline AA batteries easily last 1-2 weeks (maybe even more) depending on usage. I understand that some people don't want to buy batteries every 2 weeks, as the cost adds up over time, so I use rechargeable AAs. I put them in their charger for a few hours when they run out (which hasn't been necessary so far, as they last a long time), and that way I avoid buying new ones.
Also, for those of you who prefer to charge with type C like the PlayStation and not take them out and put them in a charger, there is the Play & Charge kit from Microsoft, and other third-party options that make it like PlayStation controllers. This is the good thing, it gives you choice, depending on what you like and what suits you.
For me, the best controller was the Xbox 360 one. Endless hours of gameplay, hitting it on chairs when I lost at FIFA or Pro Evo, throwing it around and even stepping on it without it breaking, and I still have it and it works perfectly. On the other hand, the Xbox Series controller started to have problems with the left joystick after a few hours of FIFA, without me doing anything like I did with the first one. I bought a second and a third one, but they had the same issue. When you play competitive games where you need the controller to last, unfortunately it disappoints in terms of durability. I ended up buying a third-party controller that was compatible with the Series and I finally found peace.
I have had this particular product for about a year (purchased sometime last summer, I don't remember exactly).

3. Overall, it is a decent gamepad for its price (purchased for €45). It is comfortable, ergonomic, and the buttons are very good. It doesn't have any lag as far as I've used it (wired).
4. The grips around it are comfortable and sturdy, and you feel like it won't slip out of your hands with any movement.
5. The only negative thing I found with this gamepad is the most common issue they have, which is stick drift.
6. With general use of around 450-500 hours of gameplay with this particular gamepad, the left joystick started moving up and down on its own, and from what I've seen, this has happened to many other users as well.
7. Several fixes I've seen say that dust is what causes the drift, but I don't believe that to be true. I will try to fix it as I have dealt with all the other gamepads I've had with some issue. I give it four stars for now, but if I can't fix it, I will obviously update my review and take them down.
The most comfortable controller I have ever purchased. I generally love Xbox controllers. Plug & play on Windows, of course! It's definitely worth it, guys. I've tried the DualSense and I don't like it as much as the Xbox. It's much more tiring in the hands because it's huge and heavy, and the triggers and such seem like gimmicks because everyone turns them off anyway because the vibration is annoying. Overall, the Xbox Series Controller is so nice, compact, lightweight, and convenient in the hand, and it doesn't tire you out. Well done, Microsoft, really!
Quite a good controller. I've had the new series for 6 months now and overall the controller has not presented any problems so far. It is very comfortable, even for me with big hands, it doesn't tire me at all and it's convenient.
