  I was looking for a mat that doesn't rub and shed pieces every time I exercise, as my previous one made a mess. I've had it for a week, I've done weight exercises and hiit, and I am very satisfied. It's soft, it doesn't slip AT ALL, I put it on the floor and it doesn't move even if I jump on it for hours. So far, it hasn't worn out at all. If I had to mention something negative, it would be that when it gets a little wet from sweat, it becomes slightly slippery, but it's expected because its surface is smooth.
