  Truly amazing sound, they have a bit more bass than other studio monitors which makes them appealing to those who are into electronic music.

  For those who know you, THESE are not speakers for throwing a party, you'll burn them out at full volume. They are strictly for music production and for those who want to hear the music exactly as it is without coloration, etc.

  I don't have the best room in terms of sound absorption and even though I didn't think I would use the back screen for EQ and the app to adjust them, the sound became perfect as soon as I did. It's the third day I have them and I think I'm already used to them, in my older mixes I immediately hear the mistakes I've made. That alone says a lot. I will come back as soon as I use them a little more.

  Update. Feel free to prefer them, especially for beat making. I have improved a lot in sound selection, track leveling, and how well my bass translates to other speakers. I don't know about mastering because I haven't seriously dealt with it. But for production and mixing, they do their job very well.

  What I can say about the G4 generation of KRK is that the bar has been raised significantly! It is truly flat compared to previous generations, the DSP screen on the back is also very user-friendly, and visually it is okay. I wouldn't recommend them as general use speakers, unlike the G1 and G2, the G4 is for studio use.
