It does what it says indeed. I would like the light to be brighter and to flash faster. It is very likely that they have made it with slow flashing in order to save battery. The quality-price ratio could definitely be more economical.
Completely unacceptable device, besides the intensity of the light which is insufficient, the frequency at which it flashes makes it obvious that it is fake!
