There is static noise no matter what you do. I put the phone and the laptop in another room and it continued on its own. I have tried plugging the cable into all the ports. The static sound never stops, not even for a second.
The speakers are not worth even 1€. It is more worth your time to order them, connect them for testing, and then find a suitable recycling bin to throw them away. There is a constantly annoying whistling sound and they are only tolerable if you set them to the lowest volume. At any intensity above average, the sound is terrible.
I bought them for the office at work. I connect them to my mobile and computer. For music at low volume, they are fine in relation to the price. At high volume, they distort. In my opinion, they are not suitable for anything else.
For some reason, the left speaker is recognized as the right one and the right one as the left. The stickers on the speakers are probably stuck on the wrong way. The speaker with the circuit board has the L.
The SonicGear system is BEAUTIFUL. Does it perform just as well? Let's see.
First of all, it is a 2.0 system, meaning it consists of two satellite speakers without a subwoofer. It is made of hard plastic, brushed in some areas for better aesthetics, and it is of good quality. The satellites "sit" on foam pads for better support and to absorb possible vibrations. Very practical.
Now, let's talk about the amplifiers. They have built-in digital amplification that "drives" the two speakers (one for each left and right speaker) which are full range, meaning they reproduce the entire range between 20hz and 22Khz (as supported by the manufacturer) without the need for separate units (speakers) and frequency separation filters. Each unit (speaker) for each speaker is 1.5 inches with a maximum RMS power of 3w at 4Ω impedance. The total power for BOTH SPEAKERS is 6W. The sound you will hear from the speakers comes exclusively from one speaker only for each channel (left, right). The other two "speakers" (bass reflection panels, quad bass reflex) located on the two sides of each speaker are NOT active "speakers", they are simply radiators that are tuned with the central ACTIVE unit and mechanically enhance the bass produced by it. They are two membranes made of elastomeric material that vibrate due to the "charge" of the speaker. There are neither two, nor three, nor four speakers in each speaker, there is only one and two radiators. The photo from the inside of one speaker proves this. PERFECT AND SIMPLE. Unfortunately, I am only allowed to upload 5 photos. One of them is with the radiator. The speakers are magnetically shielded to eliminate magnetic interference caused by the magnet and coil they contain, which is very convenient and practical when placing them near devices sensitive to magnetic fields (mobile phones, CRT monitors, mechanical hard drives, other unshielded speakers, defibrillators, wireless devices, etc.).
The system can be connected to ANY device that has a mini jack plug and a USB type A port (any generation, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and type A, the larger one), as it has a 3.5mm stereo mini jack plug for the audio signal and USB for power supply (5v-5.2v) of the digital amplifier that drives the speaker units. The volume can be manually adjusted with a small wheel on the corresponding plastic volume control section. Simple and practical, nothing impressive. Prefer connecting to USB 3.0 for higher power output in amps and even better, connect to a charger with a 1.2A power output for effective reduction of noise (hissing) and coil whine that the system may produce. Normal in this price range.
The sound of the system depends more on the quality of the source it is connected to and less on its own capabilities. Keep in mind that a source with a signal purity exceeding 100db s/n ratio (102, 104, 108, 116, 124) and an output voltage of 1.2v - 1.4v is ideal for the system. For example, If the source is a mobile device with a low output signal from the headphone jack, then the sound will be weak, lacking intensity, dynamics, bass, and will sound distorted (sound from the source) due to the speakers being unable to synchronize the radiators and the speaker cabinet "distorting" the sound. Also, in music tracks with low bit-rate such as some mp3 files at 128bits, the sound will sound shrill and "electronic" with a lack of dynamics and clarity. Especially at high volumes, the sound will have significant harmonic distortion and will sound altered. Laptops, desktop PCs, digital players, devices like iPads, mobile phones, tuners, and any device with a high output signal and clarity will help the SonicGear system perform better.
When connected to a desktop computer with the Asus Xonar D1 sound card (a relatively old sound card with a Signal-to-Noise Ratio of 116db) and FLAC audio files (24BIT/192KHZ), the sound was good. Strong, clear, with good performance in the mid and high frequencies, moderate bass in both performance and range (logical since the speaker units are full range, there is no exclusive low-frequency unit). In some music tracks that use multiple instruments with different frequency ranges, you will notice a loss of separation between the sounds of each instrument, "blurriness" (blurry sound), the sound will be distinctly "artificial". This is logical because a speaker that handles and tries to reproduce the entire frequency spectrum from a single speaker unit, especially of this category, cannot perform as well. However, what impressed me is the stereo imaging of the sound it creates when the speakers are placed at the correct distances from each other (50 centimeters) and at the correct angle from the listening position (each central unit radiating directly towards the listening position). I also recommend, when possible, placing them on a bookshelf or in a location with a wall behind them and on the sides, in order to enhance the bass and allow the sound to "fill" the surrounding space and the listening area. As for the volume in relation to the clarity of the sound, make sure it does not exceed 2/3 of the total from the system's volume control and 8/10 from the source. If you notice that the sound becomes "harsh", irritating to the ears, and distorted, then it is time to lower the volume because the speakers seem to exceed their safe operating limits and distortion begins. Equalization for better sound according to personal preferences is necessary in each corresponding case. Personally, I reduce the mid frequencies and the high frequencies so that the sound is sweeter and less sharp.
The speakers require at least 40 hours of continuous operation at low to medium volumes to break in. Let's not forget that they are primarily a mechanical system and then an electrical-electronic one. The speaker membranes need to soften in order to gain the elasticity that allows them greater forward-backward movement, thus better "driving" and sound performance. Be careful, never have the volume too high as it may cause the membranes to detach and the speaker to lose its sound fidelity. The photos provided in the manufacturer's advertisement palette show clear deviations and do NOT fully correspond to the actual product, as the speaker in each speaker is not in this form of the baffle.

At a price of €9.00, it is good for the sound it offers and its build quality. I recommend it in the price range from €9.00 to €12. In a higher purchasing cost, skip it!
For their price, they are definitely worth it, but only up to a certain point. They sound quite loud and clear, but the bass doesn't impress me at all. The construction is not bad, but it's nothing special either. If you're looking for something cheap, small, and convenient without needing an extra power supply, then these speakers are a pretty good choice
Overall, we are talking about basic speakers that will simply give you a slightly louder and richer sound than a laptop. However, do not expect crazy "bass" or amazing clarity. We are talking about speakers that cost around 10 euros, so the sound is normal and nothing more. If you want to spend less than 50 euros on speakers, then just get these to produce sound for your PC. Any other speakers you buy will have very small differences. For those who have issues with parasites and coil whine when nothing is playing, it is a power issue from the USB port. Connect them to a USB 3 port that has higher voltage, or even better, connect them to a charger with an output of at least 1A, and the parasites will stop.
I bought them based on the reviews. Although the right speaker doesn't work because it was defective, the sound from the left one was superior to the previous Logitech speakers I had, which gave up after 5 years. It's very strange that they produce crystal clear sound for only 10 euros. As for the bass, adjustments will definitely be needed.
It's incredible how clean and powerful sound speakers can have with 10 euros. When I first tried them, I was very surprised with the purchase. Obviously, we are talking about home use (music, gaming, movies). I have had them for 2 years and they work like the first day. The size is relatively small, which is convenient for saving space. Personally, I have stuck them on the wall with double-sided tape.
In a few words, it's the best option for anyone who doesn't want to spend money.
As for the negatives, the cable length and the noise/scratching at moderate and higher volumes when there is no sound playing.
P.S. For some people:
1st- When we receive a defective product, we return it and get a new one to try.
2nd- Maybe some of you were expecting them to be equivalent to a home cinema or professional speakers. You are paying 10 euros, not 100.
For their price, they are decent, but I would give something more for something a little stronger. I use them on a desktop in an environment where I don't want to have any particular intensity, but I would like to have the option.

Good and affordable speakers for a PC, I don't think you can find anything better for 10-12 euros. Their sound is more than decent. Their bass is quite good, although compared to other slightly more expensive speakers I have, they fall short. They only have 2 drawbacks, which I have managed to work around, but many out there may not be able to. Firstly, they don't have a headphone jack, so you have to use the one on your PC, which is not convenient for everyone. Secondly, they don't have a volume control button on the speakers themselves, but on their cable. So you have to make sure the cable is in a visible place, otherwise you'll have to permanently set it to a relatively high volume and make your adjustments from the PC's sound settings.
Like all things, these also have pros and cons:

In terms of sound quality, I don't think there are better options in this price range and I don't believe you will see significant differences in sound quality if you increase your budget by 20 euros. They have good bass, good volume, and they don't distort much up to 75%.
What bothered me particularly is the hissing in quiet conditions and the fact that they don't have a button to turn them off (lowering the volume to zero from the volume wheel is not the same as turning them off, as the "hissing" remains). I didn't have a similar problem with my previous cheap speakers, so... should I assume it's a grounding issue? I don't know, I'm not an electrician, but these speakers literally blow... in a bad way.
I bought these speakers a month ago. I use them almost every day for movies and music, and I can say that I am impressed by the sound quality. One of the best purchases I have made online.
Cannon the little speakers! The best value for money purchase I have made lately. I have an electric blanket on the way, of course, so I will update again they may lose the first place! I highly recommend them!
For their price, they are very good. The sound is good, the only negative is that if something is not playing, there is a buzzing noise, which you can simply mute if you don't hear it. Very satisfied.

The speakers are amazing. The only downside is the short cable, but other than that, they have a really nice and powerful sound

The best speakers for 10 euros, I really couldn't believe they would sound like this. I recommend them 100% for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on speakers.
They are good speakers for their price. The big negative for me is that the volume adjustment is done from the middle of the cable and not from above the speakers. This makes them inconvenient and definitely unsuitable for offices where the cables pass behind, so the volume adjustment is done behind the screen and the desk. It would be better to spend a little more money or find ones with volume adjustment buttons on the speaker itself.
These speakers make a noise that is a little annoying since I tried them on 4 different ones, with the result that each of the 4 had a different sound intensity and a different listening experience. I am satisfied with the performance for the money I spent.
I have them for 4 years, they are really great, the only downside is that when the speakers are too loud, they scratch the sound
I have had these speakers for 3 years now. They have everything one can expect from a 10 euro speaker. Volume and sound quality are as good as it gets for 6W speakers, which cover everyday individual use (movies, music, gaming) 100%. At least for me, they have lasted a long time, with daily use to the point where I can say they were worth their money. Visually, they are quite decent, just like any cheap speaker, they have minimal bass.
Update: For the past year, my girlfriend has been using them, as I have bought much better Logitech speakers. They continue to perform very well with daily use. For cheap speakers, they get the job done, I highly recommend them.
Excellent speakers if one considers their price (personally, they cost me 9.90€).
Very clear sound and decent bass.
I bought them exclusively for music use (mainly electronic) on a desktop computer in a secluded office environment. In this environment, they perform exceptionally well, especially if someone prefers electronic music and wants to perceive the bass (beat) of the songs properly. The volume they have is also remarkable, as well as the fact that even at high volume, they maintain the clarity of the sound. I should note, of course, that all of the above apply to their low price range and in comparison (personal estimation, of course) to similar or even more expensive computer speakers.
Therefore, my estimation is that the quality-price ratio they have is possibly one of the best in the market.
I wanted budget desktop speakers for work. I bought some of these and some of the same price from a well-known chain. The difference is night and day. Incredibly better and impressive for their price. The bass is very nice, the build quality is quite good, and the color is discreet. Minimal distortion at full volume but understandable.
Strong speakers with nice bass and clear sound. I have had them for a while and they haven't had any issues. For 10 euros, they are the best. If you want a sound system that shakes the house and the office, you are looking in the wrong category. ;)
I had bought them for myself but since I got a new computer, I gave them to my sister. She has had them for 3 years now and has enjoyed them greatly. They are very decent for their price
