Communication is based on the ethics and social significance of rhetoric, which sets the principles that determine the philosophy of communication. Rhetoric includes cognitive and emotional perception, from which an ethical and social code of behavior, an ethical and social value hierarchy, emerges. This purpose is served by the modern model of the emotional and perceptual framework, which is proposed and analyzed in this study. Based on the Aristotelian view of the proposed communication model, the process of communication is redefined as "philosophical communication". Communication is the means and method of cultivating attitudes and behaviors of oneself towards others, of the sender towards the receiver and vice versa. In this experiential communication, employees in Organizations/Businesses have the opportunity to develop their communication skills, empathy, and emotional abilities. This experiential communication allows for education that shapes the culture of employees and leadership. The echo of ancient Greek philosophy, especially in the field of ethics and social thought in communicative action, makes an Organization and a Business emotionally intelligent, permeating values and principles that guide work relationships and collegial actions towards the virtues of emotional self-awareness, self-control, self-criticism, integrity, prudence, and reliability. Good and effective communication simultaneously means reducing anxiety, distancing oneself from stress, eliminating intense conflicts with the contribution of negotiation and mediation. Good communication is based on understanding, knowledge, perception, empathy, and experience, as it is repeated and necessary in everyday life.
