A quite quality product that also seems sturdy!
Trying it out, I believe it will meet my needs and be worth its money (I bought it for €5.70).AFTER 3 MONTHS OF USE!!
My opinion about its quality remains the same, I have been using it for 3 months now quite frequently and it hasn't suffered any damage and it hasn't bothered me in the handle either.
A quite negative aspect is that it doesn't cover everything it promises and some things are not explained in the manual.
For chest exercises, it's just what you need, but beyond that, it disappoints us because in order to target triceps and shoulders, yes, you place the grip where it says, but you perform the exercise in a different way than just doing push-ups so that it has an effect. However, overall, when we talk about a price of €5-6, I don't feel like I wasted my money. If you find it at such a price, go for it. Did you find this review helpful?It is the definition of "you get what you pay for" (it has its pros and cons). As for the price, now that I see it, it's around 10 euros, which is worth it if you want to start getting into calisthenics in general, but over 20 it's not that great.
+It has quite a few exercises that will help differently depending on each person (the ones it mentions about triceps don't help me, but I have a little program where I do 10 push-ups of one color for each exercise and then move on to another color until I do them all). Overall, it seems to withstand quite a lot.
-After a few months of heavy use (almost daily), a screw came off without me even noticing, and I almost hurt myself. Although it has the pads underneath to prevent slipping, which is a positive for me, they wear out easily on tiles. It has plastic handles that may bother some people, but fortunately, I use gloves and don't have any issues.For the current price (10 euros), don't hesitate, get it. But for 20 euros and above, I wouldn't buy it.
