This collective volume is the first scientific work on LGBTQ+ identities and mental health in Greece.

It is aimed at students of Greek universities, in the departments of Psychology and Social Work, who are taking the corresponding course in their undergraduate program, as well as professionals in psychosocial support (psychologists, social workers, psychotherapists, psychoanalysts, psychiatrists, counselors, etc.) who feel the need to be trained in issues of sexual orientation, identity, expression, and gender characteristics in order to provide inclusive, contemporary, and safe services.

The volume provides a comprehensive introduction to all the contemporary scientific data on LGBTQ+ identities and psychology, and its authors are specialized scientists from different therapeutic and clinical approaches, with rich clinical, community, and academic experience in relevant issues in Greece and abroad.
