I bought them for athletic shoes and they have really served me incredibly! They helped me immediately with walking and overall the feeling of the foot inside the shoe is much better. Be careful to get at least 1 size smaller than the shoe size.
After 25-30 basketball training sessions, they were destroyed
Anyone who asks for 20€ for these soles is a big scammer. It's better to get the ones for 2€ from a street market or supermarket.
No support, just a sponge.
The fabric on top slips like nylon.
The two-tone design and the grooves pretend that there is some anatomical design or graduated support of the foot, while it's the same material everywhere. It seems that the color change doesn't make a difference. Strange, indeed!
As for the trash..
I bought this specific type about a month ago for everyday use in my old running shoes (Asics Noosa F3). Of course, the old insole came out. The shoe size is 45, while the insoles are 45-46 and fit perfectly. I can say after a month of use that they are very comfortable (remember, for everyday use, not running) and my feet don't get tired. The feeling is very soft, although because they are thick in running shoes, it may give the impression that it tightens the foot too much. After a few days, they take the shape of the shoe (and possibly the footstep) and they are quite comfortable. I don't have any negative comments. Obviously, you don't cut them at all... they last! I also have the Memory insoles from the same company, same size in my old running shoes, and the same applies. I didn't notice any differences between the two types of insoles. I will buy the same ones again when I need to retire my current running shoes. Highly recommended... you get what you pay for!
I use them in city shoes and in sports shoes. They provide additional cushioning in walking or running. They create a lot of warmth. They may not be the best for the summer months.
It is so far the only insole set that performs exceptionally wherever I have used it. It is flexible throughout its entire length, so it can be applied to shoes with anatomically formed insoles, something that reinforced with hard materials semi-flexible insoles cannot provide. I have used over ten pairs over a period of five years and I continue to trust them steadily. (Until something better is found.)

Excellent insoles for their price. Soft material, tested in rocky terrain for days.
