It broke after the first uses and it seemed from the beginning that it has very poor construction quality. It offers something different compared to regular push-ups that we do, for example, I noticed that I struggled more compared to what I was doing only with my hands on the floor and I saw some difference in my arm muscles. But I believe there are other ways or simply better quality constructions. Unfortunately, I didn't take seriously the previous review that said the same and I fell for it, better not fall for it yourself and waste your money. Otherwise, make smooth movements every time, maybe you'll avoid it.
