It is the second time I buy it since it matches the style of my bathroom. I don't know the general lifespan of shower phones, but this particular one lasted for 4 years the first time. What impressed me is that it didn't break at the water outlet holes, but it pierced (!!!) at the point where we hold it and it was leaking a small stream of water. Anyway, it does its job.
