  I installed it and it opened immediately to pass the driver and then it worked only on the 2.4ghz frequency. For the 5ghz frequency, you need to make some settings to enable it (I will put the setting I did below), in order to reach the maximum speeds. In my case, 200mbps, I had to try different setting options.

  For anyone interested, I mention the change I made. Keep in mind it will only work on 5ghz. Device management, find the adapter in the networks and in the settings for advanced users, in wireless mode select IEEE.802.11ac.

  I should note that in all other options, the measurement I did was below 80 mbps

  Excellent. It played immediately with the first connection to an old computer - initially recognized as an 8MB flash drive with the driver inside, you run the install and it immediately works as an antenna. It immediately saw the Xiaomi repeater I wanted to connect it to, with full signal through a wall and closet. A TP-link antenna I had before had a smaller range, but, most importantly, it struggled to connect with various error messages. We are talking about 2.4GHz - I have no opinion on the 5GHz but I read on Amazon that it plays on specific channels and requires a mode change from the device properties in the device manager.

  I bought this antenna for a very specific reason, and that's how I will evaluate it.
  Two years ago, I had a basic internet connection and I switched to a faster 100 Mbps connection within the same provider. This process took place before New Year's Eve and because it fell on holidays, I didn't have stable internet for a week.
  This year, I am changing providers and experiencing the same issue. For the past two days, I have had no internet or landline phone. The Christmas holiday is coming up, followed by the weekend, and we'll see from Monday. And because I only have a desktop computer and needed to make some urgent online transactions, I bought this specific antenna from a local store. The installation of the antenna was very easy. I should mention that I have Windows 11, upgraded from Windows 10.
  During this period, I had unlimited GB as a gift on my mobile for 15 days, so I used my mobile as a hotspot and gained internet access on my desktop computer through the antenna. I completed my transactions and I am writing this review using my mobile data.
  As for internet browsing, the pages open relatively quickly, but not lightning fast. It is a temporary solution for me because I won't need it the rest of the time. However, the work gets done and from that perspective, I am completely satisfied. I am always talking about internet on the desktop using mobile data.
  However, I cannot know how well the antenna performs when it receives a signal from the router. For example, if someone has a desktop computer in a space far from the router and receives wireless internet, just like with mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. It will likely perform much better when connected to the router than with mobile data in hotspot mode. Of course, it all depends on internet speed.
  In terms of range, with the mobile inside the same room and at a distance of 10 to 12 meters from the antenna, full signal. With the mobile in the children's room and passing through the bedroom with a built-in closet, I lose one bar of signal. So, it's fine.

  After a clean installation of Windows 11 Pro (format), the Windows stopped recognizing it, so it became useless. I had to get an internal network card that attaches to the motherboard along with two antennas located at the back of the computer.

  I bought it for my desktop because my old one didn't support 5GHz band and only gave me 3 bars, but the mercusys gives me 4 bars on 5GHz and I am satisfied.
  The router gives me a strong signal, but up to the point where there are two walls with a single brick and a distance of 10 meters in between.
  On Windows 10, as soon as you connect it to your port, it prompts you to install the driver.
  I also tried it on my laptop, but I realized that the built-in network card is much better, the mercusys weakens the signal.
  Pay attention to the dimensions because its antenna is quite large, I wouldn't recommend it for laptops because it is big and bothersome.
  As it states, it supports speeds up to 200 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and up to 433 Mbps on the 5 GHz band.
  In short, it is good for this price (11 euros with shipping), but not something exceptional.
