Greenbay's cocoa powder comes from raw Theobroma cacao L beans of the 100% Criollo variety, from the SATIPO region of Peru. The cocoa beans are selected, washed, and before being ground, they are disinfected using a biological method. At no stage of the process do temperatures exceed 42°C, thus preserving all the nutrients intact.
