I have never seen a worse television, not so much in terms of picture quality but the amount of lag it has is unbearable. It takes forever to load Netflix, and sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes. It's a complete waste of money
A cheap television. The worst thing is the "cheap" image. No other problem. Now, regarding changing the channel order, note: Depending on the country settings, the options [Channel Sorting] and [Channel Move] may not be available. This is due to LCN (Logical channel number). When LCN is set to ON, the channels are sorted according to the preferences of the broadcasting provider. To make channel sorting/moving available, set LCN to OFF in [Settings] - [Channel] - [Channels] - [LCN].
I have never experienced so much trouble with a television. From the beginning, the picture would freeze and it would turn on and off by itself.
The only thing worth it is the 4-year warranty, but what can you do when you have to go back and forth to the service center every two weeks to have it checked.
Not recommended, of course
The TV was freezing to an extreme extent, not responding to commands from the remote control, changing channels on its own, and I had to unplug it several times for it to be able to turn off.
Fortunately, the store where we bought it replaced it with a different brand
In the week, it went for an upgrade... In the month, after 1 hour of operation, it freezes, turns off, turns on, doesn't respond to the controller, tomorrow it will go for service again... I hope they fix it so I can get one from another company...
The television is very good... I recommend it for those who want VFM and also want to have Android and Smart TV for just 200€... Although it is HD ready, it has a very nice picture on Netflix and OTE TV via satellite... The apps run smoothly, I haven't found anything negative or disappointing so far... The sound is decent, the picture is good... but don't expect miracles... You could just get a Xiaomi TV box for 60€... Overall, the combination seems functional and cost-effective...
Returning to the same "32" TV late in the afternoon, when I turned it on, the company logo appeared, followed by the android indication, a blue screen, and then it started. Shortly after, when changing channels, it got stuck on one channel, the screen went black, and only the sound was playing. I tried to turn it off several times with no response. At some point, the screen went black, but the sound was still audible. After the setup light turned red, I turned it on again, and it played sound from the channel it was stuck on, but without any image. By pressing the P button, the menu opened with a delay... pure disappointment... What can I say, did it happen to me or is it a problematic brand or model? It claims to have a 4-year warranty, but who knows... How can I trust it again...
Far awayyyyyy pure torment!! Luckily they took it back and I got it from another company..
Very good television and after the upgrade, you change positions on the channels
