On a shelf 50cm from the floor, it does not catch a signal. There are also occasional drops in the signal. Probably logical, due to the densely populated area.

  The apartment I am in is on the second floor in the center of Athens (Neapoli Exarcheia). This area is behind Mount Lycabettus, so there is no visual contact with Mount Hymettus, where the signal transmission from the channels takes place.
