It didn't work for me at all. In contrast to another supplement, it dropped my blood sugar from 114 to 90 in 3 months.

Excellent product. It was recommended to me by an endocrinologist because I had prediabetes. I took it faithfully for 1 year before meals, and in repeat tests, my glycated hemoglobin levels dropped to normal levels. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

After two months of use and careful attention to my diet, I have not seen any reduction in my sugar levels (115-120 every morning). I don't know if it needs more time, of course. Personally, I will not continue with it.
