I am very satisfied with this purchase, I have cleaned the whole house, saving on detergents and effort, but it also cleans in places you can't imagine. I use it on the walls as well, although it doesn't work as well on the floor because it leaves a lot of moisture. The handle is a bit dangerous, it requires some caution!
I bought the steam cleaner 3 months ago. The build quality is good, the steam is satisfactory, and there are no leaks, neither from the connections nor from anywhere else. I would highly recommend it. However, from the moment I purchased it, I noticed that there is a mistake in the mop head, which makes it problematic. I am adding pictures and explaining. In the photos, there are 2 mop heads and 2 carpet attachments from the cenocco with the black color, and another one from a different manufacturer. As soon as the cenocco starts mopping, the cloth falls off because it doesn't have anything to hold onto, and the string it has is not enough to keep the cloth on the mop head. The competition's mop head has sewn Velcro straps, just like on the mop head, and the cloth doesn't come off. The second serious mistake is in the carpet attachment. Look at the competition's, it has 5 hooks to hold it onto the mop head, while the cenocco has only 2. As a result, it constantly comes off and you can't clean the carpet properly. The things that are shown on the back of the mop head don't do anything and can't hold either the attachment or the cloth. Therefore, we have a steam cleaner, mop, and carpet cleaner that can't do what it promises. Now, I partially solved the problem with the mop head by adding Velcro straps to the mop head, I say partially because sometimes they come off. I bought cloths from a competitor with sewn Velcro on them. And I'm okay with the mopping now. I'm writing this to help others and maybe help the company fix the problem. If not, get another steam cleaner.
I don't know what everyone else is writing, based on my own experience and after a lot of use.... the most useless thing I have ever bought!!!!
If you want to wait for hours for it to produce steam that lasts a few seconds and then start all over again until it heats up, or if you want to struggle to clean something simple for hours, go ahead and get it.
For its price, it is amazing. I have used it on joints, mattresses, carpets, sofas, in the car salon, and in the oven with very good results. I also used it on walls (I have washable paints) and it did a very good and fast job, although later I was told that paints require cold water and not hot, I don't know if it's true. Overall, it is a very convenient machine
