Very good, especially for those who need or want to avoid regular salt.

Before buying it, I was somewhat skeptical due to some negative reviews I had read on Amazon, which mentioned "awful" taste. My own test dispelled any reservations.

I tried it plain on my tongue, on a boiled egg, and on a cucumber. The taste was great. Salty as it should be and definitely much better in taste than vegetable salt substitutes (usually dominated by garlic), which alter the taste of the food.

The only negative thing I find is in the packaging, which is not convenient if you want to take out a larger quantity of salt (e.g. a teaspoon).
