It doesn't stop at all when you pull it, it damages the tape a lot as it doesn't put any resistance for you to be able to cut it or at least slow down a bit. With the slightest pull, it cuts shavings on the machine
The film does not state its characteristics and compared to another, of the same characteristics, it is smaller in diameter, therefore smaller than 60m. I estimate that it is about 50m. As for quality, it is satisfactory.
It does its job just fine.
Update: Trying it on a box that I wanted to pack, it didn't stick as tightly as the previous one I had.
