Description

Preparation Method

  • Mix the contents of the powder with sweetener (according to taste, 4-5 tablespoons erythritol, stevia)
  • Stirring constantly, add 500ml skim milk (1.5% fat).
  • Let it boil over medium heat while stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  • Transfer the ready pudding to 4 small bowls and wash the utensil well.
