This is a butter with a pleasant chocolate aroma, derived from the processing of the seeds of the Theobroma cacao plant, known in Greece as the cocoa tree.

Cocoa butter has not been processed at high temperatures, thus preserving its nutritional properties intact.

Ideal as an ingredient for making chocolate, as well as in confectionery.
