They want a good rinse. As a quantity, it easily serves two portions and at the price it has reached now, I consider it very good value for money. It is a very good alternative to classic pasta. However, they need to be cooked with some dressing/herb/spice to get some flavor. Anyone who wants can get ideas from YouTube, there are several videos. I, for one, will choose them again
