I am very satisfied with the product, I have had it for two months now and I use it for cooking extensively. I have eliminated the electric stove and I work solely with gas. I am satisfied with the construction materials, it is easy to clean, and I like that it is made of stainless steel because I feel it will withstand the test of time and be worth the money. The truth is, I expected stronger fire burners, not that they are weak, but since I work in a kitchen and the product is considered semi-professional, I expected more. Nevertheless, it is fast and does its job perfectly fine. If I have one complaint, it is about the button that controls the intensity of the fire, which does not adjust throughout the entire scale. There are two main points, "high" and "low," and between them, the intensity increases or decreases. However, I do not think you can cook on low fire, like a simmer, for example, if you try to lower it more than the "low" point, it turns off, resulting in even the "low" point being strong in such a case. In conclusion, I would recommend this purchase, just with my comment now you will know what you are getting and if it satisfies you. As for its power, it has enough. However, the construction is made of very thin sheet metal. Also, what they sent me was crooked the whole construction, resulting in me having to come up with a workaround for all 4 legs to stand
