  • It was installed as a rear fan in a Tacens AC4 mini case.
Not many words are needed for the quality of Noctua.
    Absolutely silent and trouble-free.

This review is about a variation of the product

First time I buy a fan with such a fancy box, official packaging, alternative cables with high-quality protection, and of course the product itself is also at the same level. Indeed, it is better than the equivalent Arctic one but it costs 3-4 times more. It promises factory-low noise (a few db) but I really don't know if it's worth the money. It is definitely the best though, but I'm afraid you're paying for the brand as well.

    Flawless!
Noctua is, of course, I didn't expect anything different :)

I have 2 NF-A8, one to cool the RAM I have overclocked (1.42v) from the side and the other to cool the M.2.
In normal computer operation, they work at 24% and 30% respectively.
In gaming, both work at 45%.

They do their job perfectly and are quiet even with an open PC case.
On top of that, they are black and discreet.
    I am 100% satisfied.
I couldn't ask for anything more.

This review is about a variation of the product

I have in my possession 2 of these specific fans for just over 3 months. They are used to extract air from my case, specifically from the area where some hard drives are located.

I chose them over other brands because of their reputation for durability and the warranty they have. They work completely silently at low speeds, but due to their small size, they become noticeable when they increase in speed. Still, they are quieter compared to some cheaper ones at the same speeds.

I am satisfied with the amount of air they move, especially at high speeds, although I don't have high demands. Something that gave me quite a hard time was their installation, using special anti-vibration mounts, which required quite a bit of force to be placed, and I was afraid they might break.

They haven't presented any problems so far, and with Noctua's 6-year warranty, I'm not too worried.

I would definitely recommend it to a friend who has a case that takes 80mm fans, as long as they wanted the top ones in their category. Equally good, perhaps a little cheaper and quieter, would be the equivalents from BeQuiet.
