  I haven't taken it out on the road yet, so I don't have an opinion on the battery and speed. I will comment on how I received it brand new and what defects my scooter had.
  So, it has signs of glue on both sides of the scooter. Also, the factory screws on one side of the handlebar couldn't be screwed in because the holes were crooked, so I replaced them with different ones

  I bought it a week ago...
  Its construction is of higher quality than I expected.
  It doesn't reach the 20 kilometers, that's why I give it 4 stars for 12-15 km.
  Anyway, it is really very good for its price and it is difficult to find something of such quality in other companies.
  I mean, in the mi2 that I had, when I braked, the steering wheel would play, but here these things don't exist and safety is the first priority for me

  Two months ago we bought this scooter for our son. As soon as he took his first ride, the handlebar got stuck and wouldn't turn. We sent it to Thessaloniki, even though our residence is in Piraeus. They were supposed to repair it, but as soon as we took it for a ride, it started overheating, emitting smoke, and suddenly stopping during movement. I asked for an immediate replacement, but they refused. Instead, they told me that every time it needs to be sent for repair, but under no circumstances can they replace it. These are the reasons to avoid buying this terrible scooter choice!!!!!!

  I have had it for two months already and I use it almost every day to go to work. The route is a straight line of about 3.5 kilometers one way and the same distance back.
  In the first week, it got a flat tire on a regular road, as the company that supplies it in Thessaloniki told me, and the replacement cost me 50€.
  It has three speed levels, and I almost always use the middle one, which reaches 20km/h. At 12 kilometers, the battery is depleted and you have to carry it. So, the autonomy of 20 kilometers does not apply.
  Overall, I am not satisfied with the purchase, I would choose another one if I were to buy again.

  After two weeks of use, it developed the following issues:
  1) It displays an overheating indicator, which occurs after approximately 4 kilometers of use, even when fully charged!
  2) Despite the instructions stating a 5-hour charging time, it only lasts for 7 kilometers before running out of battery, while the specifications claim a range of 20 kilometers!
  3) It never reaches a speed of 19 kilometers per hour, even when using the highest speed setting. On the contrary, after a short period of straight driving, it drops to only 14 kilometers per hour and then displays the overheating indicator!
  4) The plastic on the exterior door broke after a slight touch
