Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
To be here, then you know what you're looking at and what you're looking at is not a screen to play games on. It is a monitor specifically designed for photo and video editing.
Although it claims to cover 100% sRGB/Adobe RGB, it actually covers 98% but with calibration from x-rite or Spyder X (which you will need if you are a professional photographer or someone who wants accuracy in their photos), what you will get is perfection.
The screen itself is calibrated to display true colors and proper lighting.
If you are someone who wants to print their photos, the Adobe RGB 100% capability allows you to see on your screen what will be printed on paper, saving you time and trial and error.
The IPS panel offers a viewing angle of 180 degrees.
The screen can be rotated into portrait mode for easier editing of portraits.
The nominal "10-bit" color depth is actually 8-bit+FRC, which means it simulates 10-bit color through FRC.
FRC stands for Frame Rate Control, which rapidly alternates colors to create the illusion of billions of shades (red, green, blue) without being noticeable to the human eye.
Unfortunately, I cannot convey the difference between a regular screen and a professional one for photographers. Imagine that on a regular screen, you would see an orange-colored autumn leaf, while on a screen like this, you would see smooth gradients of orange.
In short, you will see the world with different eyes. Colors that existed but you didn't know about. You will open old photos you have taken and wonder, "Were my images like this?"
Even if you don't see more colors (gradients), you will notice the difference in other aspects such as light, shadow, smoothness, texture, and detail.
