It seems to work fine. The product did not include the necessary accessories in the packaging to properly apply it on the countertop. It appears to be crooked.
Although the stoves perform well, they were delivered hastily packaged and the top right corner does not fit well on the countertop. The product's original packaging was missing.
HK624010XB.. It lasted 8 years before the motherboard gave out yesterday. Durable glass, comfortable handling, but now I will look elsewhere. Luckily, the oven I had purchased with it is still working.
I bought these specific ceramic hobs 4 months ago. They haven't been working for the past 10 days, so I immediately contacted customer service. They sent a technician after 4-5 days and told me that the circuit board is broken. They refused to replace the appliance and the spare part will arrive in 8 days. So, after 4 months of purchase and at least 20 days without a kitchen, I will have a repaired appliance that is questionable for how long it will still work! Stay away - far away - far away!!!
January 18, 2022: I am coming back as after the first refusal for replacement in September 2020, they broke for the SECOND time in January 2022. I am utterly disappointed with the company. The appliance has broken twice within the warranty period. The appliance is obviously defective!
Good in general terms Stove. The only thing I notice compared to the Electrolux I had is that it is not as powerful. For example, I would say that the potatoes in the fryer on the highest setting (9) fry at a slower pace. Generally, the boiling on the front left burner that I usually use is a bit slow. Of course, if even a drop of water falls, it immediately extinguishes, but I consider this to be a feature of all stoves of this type, and my previous one did the same.
