Very good book for anyone interested in learning more about how our brain functions on a daily basis. How and why we react and behave the way we do. Very helpful and well-written book, easy to read and understand even for young children. It may sound extreme, but it changed my perspective on how I see the world. I recommend it!
Nice meaning and worth reading, but often it becomes too broad without reason and this tires the reader... Not only does it tire, but many times with all this volume, you forget some basic things from previous sections that are important. The analogy with the chimpanzee is very helpful and I liked it, I must say.
I highly recommend it!
It is a book that if everyone read, our world would definitely be better.
It is a good foundation for someone seeking self-improvement.
I give it a 10/10
Awesome book!!! I learned and understood many things about myself!!! I would highly recommend it!!
Although I haven't finished it yet, from the beginning it made me understand some things about my reactions and behaviors and made me think about it and try to improve.
Very powerful book, it offers very interesting perspectives on everyday actions that take place in our minds, and all of this with very easy understanding for the reader.
Very good book, although sometimes you feel that the author is being verbose, but repetition is the mother of learning. Helpful in matters that bother us daily and we can control and organize them. As a negative, I would say the structure of the book. I would prefer fewer subheadings so that I can follow the meaning better.
Excellent! I recommend it
