I had a dermatological problem for about 1 year, after 10 dermatologists, each one giving their own treatment, the result was to have a skin solution. The last dermatologist gave me this ointment and in exactly 1 month, the skin returned as if nothing had happened. I couldn't believe my eyes after so many ointments, sprays, and treatments, a cosmetic ointment made me feel better. 10/10 highly recommended.
It is the only cream that helped me with rosacea acne, how much money I spent left and right and none matched my skin, something we must understand unfortunately it is normal that some creams do not work for all skin types... In the end, I had it in the drawer and I said to try it, I had nothing to lose and the next morning things had calmed down... It is the second time I buy it. I used it for irritations in the sensitive area and it was very soothing. It helps with any skin irritation.
It was prescribed to me by the dermatologist after Fractional Laser treatment. Heavy product that does not easily absorb, oily and does not moisturize. After 6 days, the damaged skin was dry and stuck to my skin. I had to use compresses to finally remove it. In a similar treatment, another doctor gave me a different product that had excellent results. I do not recommend it and I would not buy it again.
This cream is unique. Due to my work, my hands are often in water and different shampoos and treatments, causing my hands to crack and sting. So, I apply this amazing cream and within 5 minutes, you can feel the difference. It smells like flour with water, but it is so good that even if it smelled bad, I would buy it again!
It rejuvenates and moisturizes, good for burns. Very tight as a cream, so it needs quantity.
Full moisturizing and regenerating, but work it a little on your fingers because it is very thick and if it goes directly on the skin it sticks like gum

Excellent cream. It is regenerative with a thick texture, I have used it for burns and irritations from hair removal and it had an immediate effect. I apply it at night on active pimples and marks on my face and the next morning they have already improved.
Like all Avene products, this cream works wonders! I use it on my atopic skin with eczema and it is completely effective!

On a baby who developed eczema on the cheek next to the lips due to heat, drooling, etc., this specific regenerating cream, alternating with a moisturizer, showed improvement in just 4 days!!! It was recommended by the pediatrician, as I had cicaplast at home and tried it, but I didn't see any difference!! With Avene's cream, the next day the area had already calmed down!!!!
Those who suffer from seborrheic dermatitis with itching and redness on the face should try it. It is the only product that soothes my face. It has a rich and thick texture, and a quantity equal to a pea is enough for the whole face. I recommend rubbing it on your fingers and then applying it evenly. If the shine bothers you, apply it only at night or dust a little powder on top after it has been absorbed. My face is visibly better within a few hours, and within 1-3 days, I have a new face without redness and flakes. With regular use, outbreaks are completely avoided and eliminated. It also works perfectly on burn marks due to its regenerative properties. Finally, I would suggest not storing it in the refrigerator as it causes separation of the water. For me, no other product in this category can compete with it.
It is a healing cream, so it is thick and does not absorb quickly. I used it for my baby's diaper rash, after a recommendation from the pediatrician, and it works great. Not for everyday moisturizing use.
It reminds me a little of Sudocrem in texture... It spreads difficultly but absorbs better than cicaplast, resulting in it being more tolerable for oily skin.
It was recommended to me by the pediatrician for my baby's appendix, but it didn't do anything at all. Since I had it left, I used it on my face for dry skin that I have in some areas, and again, it didn't do anything at all. It was a waste of money and we still have the cream left!

Despite these factors, for me it is a holy grail product. I have not found any cream in the last ten years that soothes my face like this one. (Combination skin, redness, acne flare-ups)
I use it regularly as a night cream, and the result is noticeable when I wake up. No matter how hard I try, I cannot replace it with anything else.
It is not a classic moisturizer. It is a corrective cream. Its texture is thick and quite greasy, not easily absorbed and leaves a shiny finish. However, it provides relief for dry, tight, and irritated skin. Due to its texture, I would say it is completely unsuitable to be used under makeup. Unless you rinse it off with water and pat your face dry with a towel, leaving minimal product on the skin. I apply it during the night and wash it off in the morning.

P.S.2 I have allergies to almost everything. It is one of the few creams that do not cause me any problems.
It's okay, but it whitens and if you put it on areas that touch sheets, etc., they get dirty. It takes a while to absorb.
- The best for dry, sensitive skin, especially in winter with the cold!
- Wonderful texture and does not rub at all.

I apply this cream on my face immediately after using retinol. I am very satisfied with its performance. I have not experienced any dryness at all, thanks to its use. Additionally, I used it on a small burn on my hand from the iron, and the mark disappeared.
Very gentle and healing cream for deep hydration,,, I don't use it on my face but on my hands for cracks,,, it has no scent
I have been using it for 10-15 years instead of aftershave due to sensitive skin. It works wonders. It is for the whole body. Now my daughter also uses it in areas after intense itching and it immediately restores the skin to its original condition. It is ideal for sensitive, very fair skin.
This cream should never be missing from any home. For all ages. Burns, scars, laser, rashes, microneedling, tretinoin, irritations, pimples (as an aid in anti-acne treatment), bites, hydration, excessive dryness, cracked skin, exfoliation with BHA/AHA, it does everything except make coffee. Truly miraculous as the other users here say. I have tried many that did a very good job, but this one is something else.
Perfect cream, for the whole family, I bought it for my child's eczema and ended up using it myself every night on my face (in a very small amount, because it is greasy) with very good results, soft skin, hydrated all day without using anything else, really a very good product especially if you don't want to bother too much with yourself like me
5/5 because it does exactly what it claims. It repairs damaged skin. I have used it on burns, on skin that has become red or peeled after using various cosmetics/creams (e.g. tretinoin), and on pimples that I have scratched and injured. It heals the skin very quickly. It is NOT a moisturizing cream or anything similar, so its texture is not supposed to be light. It is recommended for use mainly at night before sleep so that the next morning it has done its job and the skin has healed significantly.
The best cream I have ever bought. Suitable for damaged facial skin that burns during washing and applying other moisturizers. It repairs from the very first application. Suitable for burns too! Its texture is thick and it doesn't smell at all.
