I chose a length from the recommended options. They sent me a much longer length. I had to open an additional 12 holes to adjust it to my waist. I ordered size 130 (the previous belt I had from another company was 135) and it came longer than the previous one, specifically I measured it with a tape measure and it is 145 centimeters while the previous one was 140 centimeters and unfortunately there is a lot of excess material.
