The proper and effective Communication is a particularly complex matter. This research aims, in four chapters, to systematically and thoroughly examine the ways in which the proper functioning of a Communication Multispace could be ensured, the introduction of innovative tools, the utilization of mature new technologies, the quality in shaping the final result, and the enhancement (or restoration) of a relationship of trust with the citizens. The work, intended for international publication, extensively uses bilingual terms.

In contrast to what has been published and utilized so far in political conflict, the Model developed by Spyros Kapralos is part of a holistic approach, which includes both the classical principles of Political Communication and the paths opened up by the utilization of new technologies. It sets new foundations for the relationship between a political organization/candidate and the media, but more importantly, it emphasizes the need to upgrade the enhanced direct communication of the political figure with the public and ensure confidence.

Among other things, "Conflicts and Political Communication" puts at the forefront the need to change the approach of European institutions-citizens, an evolution that can create a retreat for the increasing cases of populism and extremism throughout Europe. For this reason, it proposes the strengthening of the communication structures of Brussels, while simultaneously promoting the creation of an organized communication multispace for the European People's Party, the largest political family in Europe, by proposing a specific methodology (Viable System Model).
