Personally, I didn't like it, it has a greasy texture. It doesn't absorb easily and I didn't see any difference.

I buy it about every 2 months for my mother and I have also given it as a gift to all my acquaintances who are approaching 40. It really works wonders. It doesn't make wrinkles and lines disappear if you have a major problem, but it does soften them quite a bit with frequent use and overall gives a fresher and more youthful look. Personally, since I am under 30, I don't think I need it, but every time I tried it, I noticed a difference the next day.

Because it is relatively heavy for the skin, it is recommended to use it only 1-2 times at first or dilute it with moisturizer to avoid the burning sensation. After a while, the skin gets used to it and you can use it every day. It does not replace moisturizer or any other serum, it targets anti-aging. It is advisable not to mix too many serums/creams together because we are not chemists and there is always the possibility of interaction/reaction.

It is exclusively for nighttime use and in the morning, sunscreen should be applied as the skin becomes more sensitive to the sun (like with all acids).

It is a product that is 100% worth its money and outperforms brands that sell essentially the same product at double the price.

I am one of those people who didn't believe in the magic of cosmetics. Approaching 40, however, I decided to take it more seriously. Everyone talks about retinol and although it may not be as well-known in Greece, it is literally everywhere abroad. Along with The Ordinary, it is one of the best affordable solutions.
Personally, because I follow a skincare routine both in the evening and morning with specific creams and a serum from ESTEE LAUDER, I wanted retinol as a SUPPLEMENT before the cream. Expensive retinols also have other ingredients to be effective on their own.
I don't have sensitive skin, and it is oily. Two weeks later, no side effects (redness, burns, etc.), but it depends on the skin. I apply sunscreen diligently every night and morning, not just at the beach. If you don't use sunscreen, it's better to skip the retinol. Blackheads have already started to come out. So it's already working. It takes 6 to 12 months to see a different face, so be patient.
