The toaster performs very well. It toasts very quickly and evenly. Doubts about the quality of construction. The label on top does not indicate the country of manufacture (it says CE, ROHS). On the box, it says "manufactured and imported by" followed by a Bulgarian company and there is also a Chinese city name. One of the non-slip pads on the feet came off and fell after the first use. Otherwise, it toasts very quickly and well, it is easy to clean, you can touch the outer surfaces for 1 second without burning yourself, and it has a clip that closes the plates tightly and easily for pressing the toast. If it withstands the test of time, it will prove to be a very good purchase, but I have to deduct a star because an electrical appliance without indicating the country of manufacture is unacceptable and raises concerns.
