I have the same vacuum cleaner. I was very satisfied until the battery needed to be replaced. As a result, I was told by the Bosch service that there are no more batteries available as a spare part. They suggested that I buy a new vacuum cleaner and pay 160 euros. Essentially, I would be buying a new one. In such a case, it is not worth the money. If you are going to buy a product and spend so much money, only to be told that there are no more spare parts after 2 years and you have to buy a new device, it is better to buy a lower-cost product. It is unacceptable. It is better to buy a lower-cost product and not feel frustrated or regret spending your money, since the way they do it, every 2 years you need a new vacuum cleaner.

Very convenient as you can take it everywhere quickly. Not very powerful, comparing to the wired one. But the sad thing is that within 2 years if usage (only in the autumn-winter time, 2 people in a little flat, no pets) - the battery is not keeping long any more.. Maybe it is because it was all the time charged? Now it keeps 2 min max... The rest was good. But now seems we need a new one...

For a quick everyday use, it is very good but it does not replace a powerful vacuum cleaner! Its attachments are very convenient as well as the fact that you can use it simply as a sweeper! The battery lasts less in the second year and the dust often goes into the hose, it does not reach the container. It is easy to clean and lightweight!

For a year it was really good, I loved it, but then it started acting up, guys.. the battery would die quickly, dust would clog the tube before it reached the bin, and it wouldn't pick up the debris properly. And now the roller underneath doesn't turn, it gets stuck, even though I clean out every single hair it collects after each use... (I empty it and shake the filter EVERYTHING, but it still doesn't work..) Now I will only use the handheld vacuum

A good overall version of a stick vacuum cleaner that has the detachable dustpan as its main advantage. The suction power could have been better. It charges relatively slowly, but this won't be a problem in small houses as the battery is sufficient for a complete cleaning and then charging overnight. I have had it for just over a month and the only negative thing I can see is that in the future, the release button for the dustpan may become a big problem because its quality is mediocre.

After 7 months of use, it now has interruptions and does not have a continuous flow. Fortunately, there is a warranty from the store where I bought it and there will be a replacement. If I had the choice again, I would not buy it!

On the negative side, it is heavy and its body does not fit under surfaces like a bed. The bin is located at the bottom. The bottom part folds when lifted. Also, the cylinder at the bottom is not easy to clean.
On the positive side, it is powerful, easy to empty, and has a long battery life

We have had it for a year now and we are completely satisfied to the point where we have forgotten about the regular vacuum cleaner. If you have small children, there is no greater salvation in cleanliness. The handheld vacuum is very powerful, easy to clean, and with its accessories, it cleans even the most difficult areas (corners, crevices, etc.). It charges relatively slowly, but for us, it is not a problem since we plug it in at night and it is fully charged for the rest of the day.
With use, the button that releases the rest of the "body" broke, causing it to not attach to the handle and therefore not charge, rendering it useless. Fortunately, I had purchased a 5-year warranty extension from a well-known chain store, where I received an immediate replacement with a new one and excellent service. I recommend it.

Very good vacuum cleaner! It saved my hands! I use it on a daily basis and it sucks much better than my expectations!
