Very practical for indoor drying. Easy assembly, convenient dimensions with many possibilities for hanging clothes. The rods are a bit thick for the clothespins. Due to its height, it may be unstable in case of wind when used outdoors.
The product comes without assembly instructions.
The quality is unacceptable for the price of the product (35 euros). A reasonable price would be 10 euros.

Pros:
1) It definitely fits over a washing machine.
2) Its vertical layout is very helpful in terms of space organization.
3) The side hangers are very convenient for hanging long clothes, such as pants and skirts.
Cons:
1) It does not move easily once you start hanging clothes, as it is made of plastic and the rails come off.
2) Due to point 1), it is difficult to hang clothes from both sides.
3) I am not sure how much it can hold when drying sheets and towels, but it works very well for small items like baby clothes, underwear, socks, etc.
Conclusion:
It won't solve all your problems (it's just a drying rack), but it can definitely help
As others have mentioned, it is vertical and can hold many things, saving space. However, the quality of its construction is not good. Regarding the rods mentioned in other comments, I think the whole issue is indicative of its very mediocre quality, it depends... meaning they may fit correctly in their positions or they may not (and yes, I mean when someone places them correctly). If it had better quality, it would be a perfect choice for a clothes rack.
The only positive thing is that it can fit three washing machines, maybe even four if you use the hooks for hangers.
The negatives are many... in one month it rusted.
The rods are thick and it's difficult to use clothespins.
When you fill it with clothes, the wheels are difficult to move.
And the final straw, if you put heavy clothes like a sweater or jeans, the rods bend and come out of their positions.
Stay away!
In the positives:
- It can fit 3 washing machines if you are good at placing clothes and if you also hang hangers on the arms.
- It is lightweight and easy to move.
- It takes up half the space compared to traditional clothes racks.
- It is very stable.
In the negatives:
- The plastic parts are of poor quality, so you need to be careful when inserting the rods to avoid breaking them (the rods don't fall as I read in many reviews, maybe you didn't put them correctly).
- Storage is not easy because in order to fit in small spaces, the base with the wheels needs to be disassembled, which I do not recommend because the plastic parts may not withstand continuous assembly and disassembly.
- The price at €35 is quite high, but for someone like me who is tired of old conventional racks that bend within 6 months and take up a lot of space during drying, it might be worth giving it a try
Nice idea with the floors that don't take up space.
In the positives: 1) It goes wherever you want, and of course, on the balcony, which is great for those who don't have much space.
2) It can hold clothes of all kinds, even coats that you hang on hangers in the special spot.
In the negatives: to open and close the slots, you have to screw and unscrew, which is annoying, but it would be better if it had a hook or lever.
The assembly is not so easy, and you need to be careful so that the shelves don't come off every now and then, as happened to me, and I had to disassemble and reassemble it again.
To sum up, the drying rack is great and has been holding up for about 4 months since I got it.
Advice to the manufacturer: It should have more slots for hangers and be more sturdy to withstand strong winds if necessary.
I think it's the best for drying clothes inside the house and outside. But my issue was being able to dry clothes in the bathroom with the dehumidifier due to living on an island with excessive humidity!!! It comfortably holds 5kg of laundry, takes up very little space, is easily movable and easily stored... I've had it for about a year now and everything is great...!!!
Very practical hanger and a great value for money choice. It takes about half an hour to assemble and in order for the rods to fit properly, you need to push them firmly into the holes so that the structure gains the stability and durability it needs. This is for those friends who say that the rods are short, no guys, you just didn't put them in correctly.

It is a very good idea that helps you a lot with space saving and can hold a large volume of clothes. The problem with it, which will show in the future, is the cheap-looking construction quality. Lastly, while it takes up much less space when open compared to a traditional drying rack, it is not as easy to store when closed.
The worst thing I have bought... shoddy construction, as soon as you try to hang clothes, the drying rods fall off.
The plain sticks keep falling constantly because they are short. For the price, they should at least be properly measured. They can't even hold children's sweaters. I do not recommend it.
Very good! Just what you need for drying clothes inside the house in a limited space, elegant, compact, fits a lot of stuff, definitely much better than regular classic clothes racks, and when you don't need it, it folds up and doesn't take up much space. Very easy to assemble, but it does take some time because it has many pieces, it took me about half an hour, but my hands are not particularly skilled. For the friend above, you don't need to unscrew it, just don't tighten the screws completely. Then it's very easy, you just pull the wings outwards each time and they close.
And if the Chinese (I imagine) manufacturer is listening to us somewhere in the depths of the vast country: my friend, I would add a fourth floor to the clothes rack, I think it can handle it, it would fit even more clothes that way. It's not like it would reach the ceiling, I could easily reach a fourth floor if it had one, and I'm not even 2 meters tall. Think about it for the future
Just bought it and assembled it. I want to mention that the folding shelves are not very convenient as you have to unscrew them to lift them up/down. I imagined it would be something more practical so that I can move it in and out or from room to room. Other than that, it seems OK, good construction.
Update, I found that if you don't fully tighten the screws, it works fine, it's just that the instructions are not clear!
