  This review is about the colour: Green

  I have the small 8 cm one and the large 12 cm one.
  The small one works specifically on trigger points while the large ones work locally on body surfaces.

  I have had it for many years.
  I use it after periods of physical inactivity (online lessons at the office, video editing...), after intense physical work (fields, cutting wood, gym, martial arts, cycling, swimming) and of course after recovering from injuries.
  Also, when it's hot and I want to activate/warm up my muscles, instead of running, I use the foam roller, static stretches, and this ball.
  I save money that I would spend EVERY DAY on a masseur for recovery from the above activities/tasks that I mentioned.
  It doesn't break, it doesn't fade.
  It is needed by everyone who is in pain or stuck for some reason (excess weight, age, poor posture, physical fatigue...) and they hurt somewhere or hurt everywhere.
  If you buy it, you will understand what you "missed out" on all those years that you didn't have it (something like the solar water heater, the robot vacuum cleaner, and the pressure cooker, basically)
