The best I have ever used for cracked hands in winter!! Also suitable for pregnancy!!

I am looking for an affordable hand cream to save some money on my favorite (but expensive) DUCRAY Dexyane. I did not like this cream at all, too greasy but the hydration is superficial and short-lived. It is not worth even its (few) money.

Non-greasy and absorbs quickly. Most importantly, it is fragrance-free. From the small amount I have used so far, it is also very effective!

I don't have cracked hands, but they are very dry. Personally, I need a sufficient amount to spread it over the entire surface of my hands and say that some temporary hydration will occur. For the 6.50€ that unfortunately I paid, it didn't do the job it promises.

I haven't found any other product that actually heals my cracked (to the point of bleeding!) hands overnight! At first, when you apply it, it leaves a greasy feeling but once it absorbs, it works wonders! It's a must-buy every winter, and this unscented cream and its scented "sister" are amazing!

In my hands, it is incredibly heavy and greasy. Like Vaseline, really. It doesn't absorb at all and wherever it touches, it stains.

I do not recommend it, if the skin is irritated due to dryness it causes pain and itching that does not go away and you must definitely wash well to calm down. I put it on my baby and she cried with tears.

Update: I give it 4 out of 5 stars because it has stopped working as well after 2 months of use.

Very effective with a small amount. It does leave a greasy feeling, but not to an annoying degree. I apply very little on the top of my hands and spread it with my finger until most of it is absorbed, and then if there is any left, I apply it on my palms.

Excellent cream with very effective hydration for hands cracked from eczema. The only one that didn't sting when my hands had open wounds and gradually helped them heal. Equally effective for heels. I apply it before bed and wake up with very soft hands and feet :) It takes 1-2 minutes to absorb, but it lasts for many hours afterwards. A reliable product at a good price!

The best thing out there, none of them do their job. In the winter, I always have issues with my hands and yet even after just one application (one night, to allow time to absorb), you can see a big difference.

I have a big issue during the winter and my hands crack a lot, to the point where they develop wounds. This cream is the best thing. It is very concentrated, so you need less quantity and it lasts longer, but because of its texture, you feel like your hands "stick" a bit. I prefer to apply it at night and leave it on all night so it can fully absorb. With 2-3 applications, I see a huge difference in my skin.

As I saw in some comments, it is indeed a "heavy" cream and does not absorb easily, but this is expected since it mentions the word "concentrated" on the packaging. Anyone who wants a lighter and easily absorbable cream from Neutrogena should turn to the Fast Absorbing Cream.

During winter, when my hands literally get wounds from the cold and water, this is the only one that does real work. It is very thick and does not absorb quickly, so I recommend putting it on at night before going to bed.

Quite a good choice. It is a bit difficult to apply as its composition is strange, but it is a very commendable choice.
