DANGEROUS. The child has a fever and this one speaks three languages and dances two. It is the second, exactly the same model as the one I have now. The first one I had did not have accurate measurements. Each measurement had a different result with a deviation of a few tenths, maybe even half a degree many times. After 2 years and several falls, it started showing temperatures below 35 degrees. The second one was bought by my mother at some point when I sent her to the pharmacy and they only had this one. Well, it broke into pieces, I say since I was in need of it, I kept it and didn't return it. The same terrible quality and maybe even worse. From the first uses, the child has a temperature of 38+ and this one shows 1 to 1.5 degrees lower. I always measure with an electronic armpit thermometer (also fake) to get an average. It annoys the baby with so many consecutive measurements. Mercury is the best.

Completely unreliable thermometer! I have an 8-month-old baby and besides the annoying beep it makes when the measurement is complete and wakes up the baby when he is sleeping, the readings it gives have a deviation of 2 degrees! The baby had a fever of 38 and I took around 5 measurements and it showed me 36.8, 38.4, 38.1, 37.5, and 37.3! I do not recommend it!

If you measure from the forehead, it is very accurate...
If you measure from the ear, it is a disaster...

I now measure with the forehead and because I have another similar type thermometer, it is very good only in the forehead measurement function... I repeat, very good only in the forehead measurement function.

I have to take multiple measurements on the forehead because it gives different readings each time. Also, the kids don't sit still, they move their heads, and this makes the measurement more difficult. The ear function is more reliable, but I still struggle with the little ones. Many times, to be sure, we resort to the traditional thermometer.

Simply wasted money.
It will show 7 different readings out of 10 measurements. The same measurement at the same spot shows, for example, from 37.5 to 38.8.
You have to do 6-7 measurements to get an approximate idea of what's going on.

Completely inaccurate and dangerous! The child had a fever of 40 degrees and this showed 37.6 degrees!!! I cleaned it, measured again, and got the same result. I read the instructions three times to make sure I understood how to use it, but I realized it's just a waste! I haven't thrown it away yet for convenience at night. If I see a reading higher than 37, I know the child has a temperature above 38, which I have confirmed more than 50 times with another thermometer! Money wasted!!!

Not at all accurate in its measurements, especially for the ear. It has somewhat better performance on the forehead, but still deviates from the temperature it shows, which an analog one (much more reliable, by the way) does not. I sent it back to the company at my own expense because I thought it was defective. Very poor customer service, I constantly called them and they didn't even know what had happened. Eventually, they sent me another one after about 2 months of continuous annoyance, but it had exactly the same problem! The whole thing cost me around 50 euros, really wasted money!

The ear sensor is really a crying shame and I'm saying this as someone who has bought at least 4 electronic thermometers in my life... I won't comment on anything else about it... The measurements in the ear are terrible.

However, the forehead sensor, unlike the ear one, is amazing!!! It is really, really, really good... The accuracy it has in its measurements is something unprecedented and I highly recommend it... without hesitation... Only the forehead one!!!

Construction made in Germany, not China, by a genuine medical instruments company (Hartmann), very good construction quality that is evident even from the packaging (includes cleaning cloths, instructions in Greek, a hard storage case similar to sunglasses cases), precise and fast, illuminated screen after measurement, operates with AAA alkaline batteries (sufficient for ~1000 measurements according to the manual), has a 3-year warranty, I highly recommend it if you want to get something good for your child or for yourself.

Fast, extremely accurate, and very easy to use.
What a stupid thing I did all this time and waited with the thermometer under my armpit.
I had to have a child to get it...

After almost 3 years of use, it doesn't work properly...
It shows very low temperatures...
