Medium to hard pillow but quite high, to the point where it started to hurt my neck. I would not buy it again.

It is very good for its price... It is big but not too hard and for me, who use it for my feet, it is just what I need. Although it also works for sleeping because it is not so hard.

The pillow is large and tall with a lot of material. It is somewhere between medium and firm, I think, I wanted it to be firmer, maybe I should have gotten a cotton one. The important thing is that it doesn't smell, I had bought 2 for 5 euros (from another company) and both smelled like a sewer inside.

Update: After months, it loses a significant amount of volume and firmness, and becomes more like a medium pillow.
