    So-so.. to go up and down, I broke the plastic inside with a blade.... indeed, it has a small range in the up and down movement..... it's not the most sturdy.... the rubber balls they have for stoppers... they wear out quite quickly.... I've replaced them 10 times and the top part has consumed a lot of eraser

    I have had it for two years.. I didn't buy it from Skroutz but I'm leaving a review in case it helps someone. The weight is 1/1 compared to a gym which is usually 2/1 or 2.5/1. Personally, I haven't put more than 60 kg on the pulley for exercises. The manufacturer states a resistance of 120 kg in the manual.. Quite good. Two years, three people, daily use.. Like any pulley of its kind, it needs oil on the axle. It's better to use petroleum jelly for mechanical use. The range of motion is small for someone tall, but it can be adjusted by adding a couple of hooks or by testing at what height it will fit on the wall. I have put a wooden block at the bottom so that it is not in the air but supported by both the wall and the floor. Spare parts are very cheap abroad, 4 pulleys for ten euros.. I haven't changed anything in two years. Very satisfied.

    It is decent, but I don't know if it's worth the money.... Personally, I was bothered by the fact that it has limited range of motion. If you try to do headstands, it barely reaches the top to stop, and the other negative aspect was that it didn't slide at all. I used WD40 and it did the job, otherwise it wouldn't go up or down at all... but overall, it's good. *****(I should mention that a screw was missing)*****
