I have had it for 1 month and I have already made 3 kilograms of pasta in various colors (natural, red with tomato and Florina pepper, and green with spinach and basil). It may be a bit more expensive, but it is worth 100% of its money. Sturdy construction, precision in dough thickness settings, ease of use, even without an assistant, easy cleaning with a brush (careful, NO water!). Expandable device as one can purchase and adapt an electric motor and many extensions to cut the dough into different widths or make ravioli, etc. There are many videos on YouTube on how to make the dough (proportions of ingredients with or without eggs, etc.). Okay, you will need to clean the kitchen counter from the flour afterwards, but the joy of creation is incomparable. You can make your own pasta, at half the price of ready-made ones, with ingredients of your choice and creative imagination!
