I bought this specific supplement because I have a prostate enlargement problem and I didn't want to resort to medications that have serious side effects (even impotence). The problem is mainly at night, I wake up up to six times to urinate with small amounts each time. I started taking it a week and a half ago in combination with a dairy-free vegetarian diet. I also stopped drinking bottled water, which was the only thing I drank, because microplastics mimic estrogens. From personal experience, I have seen that the prostate is particularly irritated by cheese, especially when it is uncooked. Dairy products in general irritate the prostate because they are full of animal estrogens and alter the testosterone/estrogen balance in the body. I also started eating pumpkin and sunflower seeds raw and unsalted on a daily basis, which also help the prostate. After combining all of the above, I have reached a point where I don't wake up at night. I would recommend the product, but along with the above measures to address the underlying causes of prostate enlargement.

  I tried this specific product and others from different companies, but it's not worth the money. For an enlarged prostate, you need a good urologist. My problem was that my bladder didn't empty completely, resulting in frequent trips to the bathroom. My doctor prescribed me zoprost and I found my health again. Generally, medications containing Alfuzosin help with prostate issues. The only issue is that they slightly lower your blood pressure, so I take it at night before going to bed

However, if the weather is cold outside... whatever herbal supplements you take for the prostate, they don't do anything. It causes a slight erection. I recommend the pack of 90, because the box of 30 will run out before it starts to be effective and you won't notice anything. It's a large capsule and difficult to swallow.
